◆ 133억 원 규모 재원 확보 성과
군포시(시장 하은호)가 2025년 경기도 특별조정교부금 133억 원을 확보했다. 지난해 8월 1차에 19개 사업 76억 6,500만 원을, 12월 2차에 18개 사업 56억 7,000만 원을 추가로 확보했다. 총 37개 사업에 투입될 예정이다.
◆ 1차 주요 확보 사업
군포복합문화센터 건립에 20억 원을 배정받았다. 화산초교삼거리 대각선횡단보도 설치사업(7억 원), 국도47호선 금정고가 하부도로 등 5개소 노면개량사업(6억 원), 범죄 사각지대 산책로 및 공원 생활안전용 CCTV 설치사업(5억 원), 한얼근린공원 보행환경 개선사업(5억 원), 그림책꿈마루 외부 승강기 설치 및 주변환경 개선 공사(5억 원), 중로2-14호선 도로개설공사(4억 원)를 추진한다.
◆ 2차 주요 확보 사업
안양천 환경정비사업에 9억 원이 배정됐다. 울림어린이공원 외 6개소 개선사업(6억 5,000만 원), 시민체육광장 육상트랙 교체공사(5억 원), 신도시 어린이공원 정비공사(4억 원), 군포고가교 등 3개소 보수보강공사(4억 원), 도시침수 대응 하수도시설물 정비사업(3억 7,000만 원), 산본동 1205번지 일원 노면개량사업(3억 3,000만 원) 등을 추진한다.
◆ 체계적 행정절차의 결과
군포시는 부서별 현안 및 주민 건의사항 분석, 현장 중심의 사업 발굴, 사업별 타당성 검토와 사업비 산출, 구체적 사업계획 수립, 관련 부서 협의 및 보완 등을 단계별로 추진했다. 부서장이 주민 불편 해소 가능성과 예산 대비 효과성을 종합적으로 검토한 점이 이번 예산 확보의 핵심이었다.
하은호 시장은 "현장의 목소리를 바탕으로 한 사업 발굴부터 타당성 검토, 사업계획 수립까지 공무원들이 성실하게 준비한 결과"라며 "앞으로 시민의 안전과 생활 편익 증진을 최우선에 두고 외부 재원 확보에 힘쓰겠다"고 밝혔다.

Gunpo City (Mayor Ha Eun-ho) secured 1.33 billion won in Gyeonggi Province special adjustment subsidies in 2025. In August last year, the first phase secured 7.665 billion won for 19 projects, and in December the second phase added 5.67 billion won for 18 projects. A total of 37 projects will receive funding.
◆ Major Projects Secured in First Phase
Gunpo Complex Cultural Center construction received 2 billion won in allocation. Other projects include diagonal crosswalk installation at Hwasan Elementary School intersection (700 million won), road resurfacing at five locations including National Road 47 Geumjeong overpass underpass (600 million won), CCTV installation for daily safety on walking paths and parks in crime blind spots (500 million won), Hanarol Neighborhood Park pedestrian environment improvement project (500 million won), Grimbook Dream Garden external elevator installation and surrounding environment improvement construction (500 million won), and Jungro 2-14 road construction (400 million won).
◆ Major Projects Secured in Second Phase
Anyang Stream environmental improvement project received 900 million won in allocation. Projects include Ullim Children's Park and six other improvement projects (650 million won), Citizen Sports Plaza athletic track replacement construction (500 million won), New City Children's Park maintenance construction (400 million won), repairs and reinforcement of Gunpo Overpass and two other locations (400 million won), sewerage facility maintenance for urban waterlogging response (370 million won), and road resurfacing in Sanbon-dong 1205 area (330 million won).
◆ Result of Systematic Administrative Procedures
Gunpo City conducted step-by-step procedures including analysis of departmental issues and resident suggestions, field-focused project discovery, project feasibility review and budget calculation, specific project planning, and consultations and supplementation with related departments. The key to this budget acquisition was department heads comprehensively reviewing the possibility of resolving resident inconvenience and cost-effectiveness against budgets.
Mayor Ha Eun-ho stated, "The results came from civil servants sincerely preparing from project discovery based on field voices through feasibility review to project planning," and added, "Going forward, we will prioritize citizen safety and improved living convenience and make greater efforts to secure external financial resources."
