◆ 업무도움자료 제작 배포

인천광역시교육청학교지원단(단장 곽미혜)은 저경력 교사의 업무 부담 완화와 안정적 정착 지원을 위해 '교직의 처음부터 함께하는 학교생활 119' 업무도움자료를 제작해 각급 학교에 배포한다고 7일 밝혔다.

◆ 자료 구성 및 특징

도움자료는 총 13개 분야 119개 문항으로 구성됐다. 교육정보시스템(NEIS) 활용, 학급 운영, 교수·학습 지원 등 교직 수행 과정에서 자주 접하는 내용을 담았다. 실제 학교 업무 절차와 사례를 반영해 저경력 교사가 업무 흐름을 체계적으로 이해하고 스스로 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 중점을 뒀다.

◆ 활용 계획 및 향후 지원

자료는 책자로 제작돼 2026년 신규 교사 연수와 1급 정교사 자격 연수에 활용될 예정이다. 학교지원단은 찾아가는 저경력 교직원 지원단, 학교업무 멘토링 등 다양한 지원사업을 운영 중이며 만족도 조사에서 100점을 기록했다. 학교지원단 관계자는 "현장의 목소리를 반영한 맞춤형 지원을 확대해 교사가 교육활동에 전념할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 가겠다"고 말했다.

The materials aim to ease work burdens and support stable settlement of novice teachers.

The support materials consist of 119 questions across 13 areas. They cover frequently encountered topics in teaching, including National Education Information System (NEIS) utilization, classroom management, and teaching-learning support. The materials reflect actual school work procedures and cases, focusing on helping novice teachers systematically understand work processes and develop problem-solving capabilities.

◆ Utilization Plans and Future Support

The materials will be produced as booklets and used in 2026 new teacher training and first-class regular teacher certification training. The School Support Team operates various support programs including visiting support teams for novice staff and school work mentoring, recording 100 points in satisfaction surveys. A School Support Team official said, "We will expand customized support reflecting field voices to create an environment where teachers can focus on educational activities."
