◆ 8일 오전 10시부터 5,000명 선착순 모집
양천구(구청장 이기재)가 제15회 양천마라톤 대회 '벚꽃런' 참가자를 모집한다. 접수는 8일 오전 10시부터 선착순으로 진행된다. 모집 인원은 5,000명이다. 대회는 4월 11일 안양천 해마루 축구장을 출발점으로 개최된다. 코스는 5㎞, 5㎞ 가족런, 10㎞, 하프 등 4개로 구성된다. 참가 신청은 양천마라톤 대회 공식 홈페이지(https://www.ycrun.com/)에서 가능하다.
◆ 이봉주 참여 5㎞ 코스 조기 마감 예상
올해 대회는 안양천 벚꽃길과 한강 수변을 따라 달리는 코스로 재구성됐다. 5㎞ 코스에는 양천마라톤 홍보대사 이봉주가 함께 참여한다. 5㎞ 코스는 매년 접수 시작과 동시에 빠르게 마감된다. 참가자 전원에게는 대회 기념 티셔츠가 제공된다. 하프코스와 10㎞ 참가자에게는 러닝벨트가 지급된다. 5㎞와 가족런 참가자에게는 백가방이 추가 제공된다.
◆ 안전요원 200명 배치·2.5㎞마다 급수대 운영
양천구는 러너 전용 탈의실과 물품보관소 부스를 설치한다. 2.5㎞마다 급수대와 간식 테이블을 운영한다. 전문 안전요원 200명이 현장을 관리한다. 심폐소생술 교육을 이수한 자전거 레이스 패트롤이 코스를 순찰한다. 대회 당일에는 포토존, 체험부스, 공연 등 부대행사도 마련된다. 이기재 양천구청장은 "양천마라톤 대회가 전국 러너들이 찾는 양천의 대표 스포츠 행사로 자리 잡았다"며 "벚꽃길을 따라 달리며 양천마라톤만의 매력을 경험할 수 있도록 준비했다"고 밝혔다.

Yangcheon-gu (District Mayor Lee Ki-jae) recruits participants for the 15th Yangcheon Marathon 'Cherry Blossom Run.' Registration begins at 10 AM on January 8 on a first-come, first-served basis. The recruitment quota is 5,000 people. The event takes place on April 11 starting from Anyangcheon Haemaru Soccer Field. This year's event features a redesigned course along Anyangcheon cherry blossom road and Han River waterfront. Yangcheon Marathon Ambassador Lee Bong-ju participates in the 5㎞ course. The 5㎞ course closes quickly every year as soon as registration opens. All participants receive commemorative event T-shirts. Half marathon and 10㎞ participants receive running belts. 5㎞ and Family Run participants receive additional bag packs.
◆ 200 Safety Personnel Deployed, Water Stations Every 2.5㎞
Yangcheon-gu installs dedicated changing rooms and storage booths for runners. Water stations and snack tables operate every 2.5㎞. 200 professional safety personnel manage the venue. Bicycle race patrols trained in CPR patrol the course. Side events including photo zones, experience booths, and performances are prepared on the event day. Yangcheon-gu District Mayor Lee Ki-jae stated, "The Yangcheon Marathon has established itself as Yangcheon's representative sports event attracting runners nationwide" and added, "We prepared the event so participants can experience the unique charm of the Yangcheon Marathon while running along the cherry blossom road."
