14일 오후 2시 32분께 인천 미추홀구 도화동 도화IC 인근 인천대로에서 람보르기니 차량이 중앙선을 침범해 4중 추돌 사고가 발생했다.

람보르기니는 서울 방향으로 주행하다 반대편 차로로 넘어가 포르쉐, 포드, 랜드로버 등 차량 3대를 잇따라 들이받았다.

이 사고로 람보르기니 운전자 A씨(30)와 동승자가 경상을 입어 병원으로 이송됐다. 경찰은 A씨가 음주 상태가 아니었음을 확인했다.

사고 차량에서 기름이 도로로 유출돼 인천시 종합건설본부가 흡착포로 방제 작업을 진행하고 있다. 현재 인천대로는 양방향 각 2차로 중 1차로만 통행이 가능하다.

A씨는 경찰 조사에서 "바닥이 미끄러워 반대쪽 차량과 충돌했다"고 진술했다.

경찰 관계자는 "기름 제거 작업으로 도로를 부분 통제하고 있다"며 "차량 블랙박스와 운전자 진술 등을 통해 정확한 사고 원인을 조사할 방침"이라고 밝혔다.

In a police investigation, A stated, "The road was slippery, so I collided with vehicles in the opposite lane."
