연수·선학 지구는 인공지능(AI) 기반 스마트시티로 탈바꿈한다. 시는 주요 도로망에 자율주행로봇 통행구간을 조성해 로봇 실증단지를 구현한다. 인천1호선 및 수인분당선 환승역인 원인재역 인근에 복합중심거점을 조성한다. 송도국제도시의 바이오·연구개발(R&D) 산업과 연수지구 교육·의료 인프라, 남동산단 생산기반을 연결해 시너지를 창출한다. 구월지구는 문화예술도시로 재탄생한다. 인천터미널역 인근 역세권에 복합거점을 마련하고 공공보행통행로를 확장해 유동인구 연결성을 극대화한다. 상업·업무 자족기능을 강화해 일자리를 창출하고 직주율을 높인다. 계산지구는 사람·산업·생태를 연결하는 커넥트시티로 조성한다. 임학역과 봉오대로 간 오조산로에 입체보행가로 및 아케이드를 설치하고 공원·녹지를 확보한다. 계양테크노밸리 및 서운일반산업단지와 연계해 4차산업 지원 직주근접형 단지로 만든다.

◆ 부평·만수 지구 정비 방향

갈산·부평·부개 지구는 굴포천과 역세권을 융합한 수변네이처 커뮤니티로 조성한다. 굴포천 주변에 그린테라스를 설치해 수변 경관을 특화하고 부평구청역 인근 역세권과 연계해 커뮤니티 기능을 활성화한다. 부평국가산단과 한국GM부평공장을 연계해 도심형 첨단산업을 육성하고 지역 산업의 디지털 전환을 촉진한다. 만수1·2·3지구는 탄소중립형 생활인프라를 갖춘 세대통합 커뮤니티로 만든다. 도심 주요 자원을 연결하는 도시활력축을 조성하고 공원·녹지를 최대한 확보한다. 도시가스 공급을 집단에너지로 전환해 탄소중립 친화 도시로 바꾸고 고령자 대상 공유 서비스 산업을 도입해 일자리를 창출한다.

The city creates an urban vitality axis connecting major urban resources and secures maximum parks and green spaces. The city converts city gas supply to district energy to create a carbon-neutral friendly city and creates jobs by introducing sharing service industry for the elderly.
