◆ 공시지가 균형성 실태조사 지속

◆ 향후 검증 역량 강화 계획
서울시는 앞으로도 공시지가 균형성 실태조사와 조사·산정 지원을 지속 추진한다. 향후 '시·도 공시가격 검증지원센터' 도입에 대비해 자체 검증 역량을 단계적으로 강화할 계획이다. 안대희 서울시 도시공간본부장은 "공시지가는 보유세와 기초생활보장 등 시민 생활에 매우 밀접하다"고 말했다. 안 본부장은 "서울시는 공적 기준가격인 공시지가의 균형성과 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.
