A denied cohabitation, explaining, "That was filmed when Sukhaeng came to the house where I live separately." He stated, "I persuaded Sukhaeng that 'I am separated with divorce as a premise and everything is practically concluded'" and "Sukhaeng was deceived by believing my words. I will compensate somehow if there are financial damages."
