정 의장은 "인천의 더 큰 미래를 향한 여정에 시민의 변함없는 관심과 참여를 부탁한다"고 당부했다. 그는 "더 나은 인천, 더 행복한 인천을 향해 시민과 함께 나아가겠다"고 마무리했다.
