◆ 송림4동 행정복지센터 준공식 개최

인천 동구는 지난 9일 송림4동 행정복지센터 준공식을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 센터는 지역주민의 생활편의와 행정복지서비스 향상을 실현할 공간이 될 것으로 기대된다. 송림4동 행정복지센터는 총사업비 129억 원을 투입해 지상 4층, 연면적 2천905.2㎡ 규모로 조성됐다.

◆ 민원실·공유 주방·체력단련실 등 구성

센터 1층에는 민원실, 2층은 공유 주방과 북카페, 3층은 체력단련실과 프로그램실, 4층은 대회의실 등 행정서비스 제공과 주민커뮤니티를 위한 공간으로 구성됐다. 김찬진 동구청장은 "송림4동 행정복지센터는 단순한 행정서비스 제공을 넘어 지역공동체를 활성화하는 공간이 될 것"이라며 "구민 여러분의 삶과 가장 가까운 곳에서 행정과 복지가 만나는 공간이 되도록 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 말했다.

◆ Songlim 4-dong Administrative Welfare Center completion ceremony held

Incheon Dong-gu announced it held the completion ceremony for Songlim 4-dong Administrative Welfare Center on January 9. The center is expected to become a space that improves local residents' convenience and administrative welfare services. Songlim 4-dong Administrative Welfare Center was built as a 4-story building with a total floor area of 2,905.2㎡ with a total project cost of 12.9 billion won.

◆ Includes civil service office, shared kitchen, fitness room

The center's first floor houses the civil service office, second floor has a shared kitchen and book cafe, third floor contains a fitness room and program room, and fourth floor has a large conference room, comprising spaces for administrative services and resident community activities. Dong-gu District Mayor Kim Chan-jin stated "Songlim 4-dong Administrative Welfare Center will become a space that revitalizes the local community beyond simply providing administrative services. We will spare no support to make it a space where administration and welfare meet closest to residents' lives."
