◆ 12일부터 4개 권역서 예비 고3 프로그램 운영
인천시교육청은 예비 고3 자기주도 진로 설계 프로그램을 12일 남부 결대로진로센터를 시작으로 15일까지 지역 4개 권역(남부, 북부, 서부, 강화) 결대로진로센터에서 차례로 운영한다고 밝혔다. 이번 프로그램은 예비 고3 학생들이 겨울방학 동안 대입 면접의 기본기를 체계적으로 익혀 진로·학업 설계를 돕고자 마련했다. 대입면접 유형 및 평가 요소, 답변 구성 전략, 면접 시 유의사항 등을 중심으로 운영되며 실제 면접 상황을 모의로 체험해 보는 실습도 병행한다. 대면 교육 이후에는 학생의 개별 연습 과정을 통해 자신의 강점과 약점을 점검하고 면접 역량을 지속적으로 발전시킬 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.
◆ 강화 지역아동센터로 찾아가는 '미래ON 진로교실' 운영
인천시교육청은 12일부터 2월 13일까지 강화 결대로진로센터에서 강화 지역아동센터로 찾아가는 '미래ON 진로교실'을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 미래ON 진로교실은 강화군 내 7개 지역아동센터(신나는, 고인돌, 밝은햇살, 열매, 아름다운, 화도마리, 희망터) 276명을 대상으로 운영된다. 이번 프로그램은 교통 접근성이 낮은 강화지역 아동·청소년에게 진로 교육의 기회를 확대하고 지역 간 교육격차를 해소하기 위해 마련했다. 겨울방학 동안 결대로진로센터 전문 강사들이 지역아동센터를 찾아가 다양한 프로그램을 운영해 학생들이 진로탐색과 미래역량을 기를 수 있도록 지원한다.

◆ Pre-senior program operates across 4 regions starting January 12
Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education announced it will operate a self-directed career planning program for pre-senior high school students starting January 12 at the Southern Gyeoldaero Career Center, continuing through January 15 at career centers across 4 regional areas (Southern, Northern, Western, Ganghwa). The program was organized to help pre-senior students systematically learn college admission interview basics during winter break and assist with career and academic planning. The program focuses on college interview types and evaluation factors, answer composition strategies, and interview precautions, with practical exercises simulating actual interview situations. After in-person training, students will be supported to check their strengths and weaknesses through individual practice and continuously develop their interview skills.
◆ 'Future ON Career Class' outreach to Ganghwa children's centers
Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education announced it will operate 'Future ON Career Class' outreach from Ganghwa Gyeoldaero Career Center to Ganghwa local children's centers from January 12 to February 13. Future ON Career Class targets 276 students at 7 local children's centers in Ganghwa-gun (Sinnaneun, Goindol, Balgeunhaetsal, Yeolmae, Areumdaun, Hwadomari, Huimangter). The program was organized to expand career education opportunities for children and youth in Ganghwa where transportation accessibility is low and resolve educational gaps between regions. During winter break, professional instructors from Gyeoldaero Career Center will visit local children's centers to operate various programs supporting students in career exploration and developing future competencies.
