서울 강남경찰서는 사귀던 여성을 폭행한 교육부 5급 사무관 A씨를 특수폭행 혐의로 입건해 조사 중이라고 12일 밝혔다. A씨는 지난 10일 강남구 한 골목에서 여자친구에게 발길질하는 등의 폭행을 한 혐의를 받는다. A씨는 지나가던 시민의 신고로 경찰에 체포됐다. 경찰은 A씨가 교육부 소속 공무원임을 확인하고 관련 사안을 통보했다.

Ministry of Education Grade 5 Official Booked for Assaulting Girlfriend

Seoul Gangnam Police Station announced on January 12 that it has booked a Ministry of Education grade 5 official, identified as Mr. A, on charges of aggravated assault for assaulting his girlfriend. Mr. A is accused of kicking and assaulting his girlfriend in an alley in Gangnam-gu on January 10. He was arrested after a passerby reported the incident to police. Police confirmed Mr. A is a Ministry of Education official and notified relevant authorities.
