◆ 1조 7천억 원 규모 육성자금 공급

경기도는 중소기업과 소상공인 경영 안정을 위해 2026년도 중소기업 육성자금 1조 7천억 원을 공급한다고 7일 발표했다. 지원 규모는 운전자금 1조 2천억 원과 시설자금 5천억 원으로 구성된다. 운전자금은 경영안정자금 1조 원, 특화지원자금 800억 원, 특별경영자금 1,200억 원이다. 시설자금은 창업 및 경쟁력 강화 자금으로 공장 매입·임차비, 건축비 등에 사용된다.

◆ 차등화된 금리 지원으로 기업 부담 완화

경기도 직접 융자 금리는 2025년 수준인 2.90%로 동결했다. 협약 금융기관 협조융자의 이차보전율은 중소기업 0.3%p~2.0%p, 소상공인 1.7%p~2.0%p이다. 추가 금리우대 대상 기업에는 0.3%p~0.5%p 추가 할인이 제공된다. 경영안정자금은 중소기업에 6천억 원, 소상공인에 4천억 원을 지원한다.

◆ 전략적 지원으로 기업 성장 기반 마련

특화지원자금은 수출형기업 300억 원, 신성장혁신기업 300억 원, 지역균형발전기업 200억 원을 별도 한도로 운용한다. 특별경영자금은 재도전희망특례 100억 원, 재해피해지원 300억 원, 일·가정 양립 기업 지원 200억 원, 긴급경영안정자금 600억 원으로 구성된다. 신청은 1월 19일부터 경기신용보증재단 28개 영업점 및 4개 출장소(대표번호 1577-5900), 또는 경기도중소기업육성자금 통합관리시스템(g-money.gg.go.kr)을 통해 온·오프라인으로 접수할 수 있다. 자세한 내용은 경기도 누리집(gg.go.kr) 고시·공고에서 확인할 수 있다.

Gyeonggi Province to Supply 1.7 Trillion Won in Low-Interest Funds for Small Businesses in 2026

◆ 1.7 trillion won in development funds supplied

Gyeonggi Province announced on January 7 that it will supply 1.7 trillion won in small business development funds for 2026 to support management stability for small and medium enterprises and self-employed business owners. The support consists of 1.2 trillion won in operating capital and 500 billion won in facility funds. Operating capital includes 1 trillion won in management stability funds, 80 billion won in specialized support funds, and 120 billion won in special management funds. Facility funds are used for startup and competitiveness enhancement, including factory purchase, lease payments, and construction costs.

◆ Differentiated interest rate support alleviates corporate burden

The direct loan rate from Gyeonggi Province is frozen at 2.90%, the 2025 level. For secondary interest subsidy rates through cooperative financing with participating financial institutions, small and medium enterprises receive 0.3%p to 2.0%p, and self-employed business owners receive 1.7%p to 2.0%p. Additional rate discounts of 0.3%p to 0.5%p are provided for corporations eligible for additional rate preference. Management stability funds provide 600 billion won to small and medium enterprises and 400 billion won to self-employed business owners.

◆ Strategic support establishes foundation for corporate growth

Specialized support funds operate with separate limits: 30 billion won for export companies, 30 billion won for new growth and innovation enterprises, and 20 billion won for regionally balanced development companies. Special management funds consist of 10 billion won for re-entrepreneurship exception cases, 30 billion won for disaster damage support, 20 billion won for work-life balance company support, and 60 billion won for emergency management stability funds. Applications are accepted from January 19 through 28 offices and 4 branch offices of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation (main number 1577-5900), or through the Gyeonggi Province Small Business Development Fund Integrated Management System (g-money.gg.go.kr) in both online and offline formats. Choi Jung-seok, director of the Regional Finance Division of Gyeonggi Province, said, "We focused on continuing the supply of low-interest policy funds so that small and medium enterprises and self-employed business owners do not face management difficulties due to financial burdens."
