◆ 서울행정법원 1심 패소…서울시 항소 의사 밝혀

서울행정법원 행정6부(부장판사 나진이)는 지난해 12월 19일 남산 케이블카 운영사 한국삭도공업이 서울시를 상대로 제기한 남산 곤돌라 관련 도시관리계획결정 처분 취소 소송에서 원고 승소 판결을 내렸다. 서울시는 "도시관리계획 결정 과정에서 서울시가 준수한 절차적 정당성과 법률상 요건을 충분히 반영하지 못한 납득 못할 판단"이라며 항소 의사를 밝혔다.

◆ "강북 전성시대, 중구가 변화의 시작이자 중심"

오 시장은 "남산~종묘 녹지축의 핵심지인 중구의 더 높은 도약을 위해 세운상가 개발에도 많은 관심을 가져 달라"고 말했다. 오 시장은 또 "그동안 강조해 온 '강북 전성시대'가 구호에 그치지 않고 현실적인 변화를 만들어내려면 서울의 심장인 중구가 변화의 시작이자 중심이 돼야 한다"며 "본격적인 '다시, 강북 전성시대'를 열어나가기 위해 중구와 머리를 맞대고 계속 챙겨 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

Seoul Metropolitan Government announced its intention to appeal, stating it was "an unacceptable judgment that did not sufficiently reflect the procedural legitimacy and legal requirements followed by Seoul in the urban management plan decision process."
