An electric taxi suddenly accelerated on the road in front of Jonggak Station in Jongno-gu, Seoul at 6:07 PM on January 2. The taxi struck a crosswalk, pedestrians and a utility pole in succession. It then collided with two cars waiting at a traffic light.
