◆ 최우수 등급 A등급 획득으로 역량 입증
군포산업진흥원(원장 유병직)은 중소벤처기업부 주관, 소상공인시장진흥공단 전담 '2025년 소공인특화지원센터 운영사업' 성과평가에서 최우수 등급 A등급을 획득했다. 평가는 전국 40여개 소공인특화지원센터를 대상으로 한 해 동안의 사업 운영 실적, 소공인 지원 성과, 만족도 등을 종합 심사하여 결정되었다.
◆ 현장 밀착형 지원으로 소공인 역량 강화
군포산업진흥원 소공인특화지원센터는 군포시 군포1동 집적지 내 금속가공, 기타기계장비 업종의 소공인(상시근로자 10인 미만 제조기업)을 대상으로 산업안전·보건 교육, 소공인 컨설팅, 생산설비 및 공정개선 지원, 정밀측정 지원, 거래처 연결 및 제품개발 지원 등 현장 밀착형 프로그램을 운영해왔다. 특히 올해는 '소공인 스마트제조 지원사업' 공모를 통해 국비 7억 7,100만원을 추가 확보하여 관내 소공인 18개사의 공정 스마트화, 자동화 전환을 지원했다.
◆ '제조혁신도시' 실현 향한 지속 지원 약속
유병직 진흥원장은 "이번 A등급 획득은 어려운 경제 여건 속에서도 소공인과 진흥원이 함께 만들어낸 결실"이라며 "앞으로 소공인이 산업환경 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 지원체계를 고도화하고 현장의 목소리를 반영하여 군포시가 '제조혁신도시'로 거듭나도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다. 군포산업진흥원 소공인특화지원센터는 내년도 사업 준비에 박차를 가할 예정이며 2026년도 소공인 지원사업은 4월부터 실시한다.

Gunpo Industrial Promotion Foundation (President Yoo Byung-jik) received Grade A, the highest evaluation, in the '2025 Specialized Support Center Operation Project' performance evaluation overseen by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and managed by the Small Business Market Promotion Agency. The evaluation determined results through comprehensive assessment of business operation performance over one year, support achievements for small business operators, and satisfaction levels across approximately 40 specialized support centers nationwide.
◆ Strengthening Small Business Operator Capabilities Through Field-Intensive Support
The Specialized Support Center of Gunpo Industrial Promotion Foundation has operated field-intensive programs targeting small business operators in metal processing and machinery equipment industries within Gunpo's first district cluster area (manufacturing companies with fewer than 10 full-time employees). These programs include industrial safety and health education, small business operator consulting, production equipment and process improvement support, precision measurement support, and business connection and product development assistance. Notably, this year the center secured an additional 771 million won in national funds through the 'Small Business Operator Smart Manufacturing Support Project' competition, supporting smart manufacturing process conversion and automation transition for 18 small business operators in the region.
◆ Commitment to Sustained Support Toward Realizing 'Manufacturing Innovation City'
President Yoo Byung-jik stated, "This Grade A achievement represents results created together by small business operators and the foundation despite difficult economic conditions." He added, "Going forward, we will strengthen the support system to enable small business operators to respond to industrial environment changes and reflect field voices so that Gunpo becomes a 'Manufacturing Innovation City,'" emphasizing continued commitment. The Specialized Support Center will accelerate next year's project preparation, with 2026 small business operator support projects scheduled to commence in April.
