◆ 공용부분 관리 사업비 지원
인천 연수구가 '2026년도 공동주택관리 지원 사업'을 시행한다고 30일 밝혔다. 구는 총 11억 원의 예산을 확보했다. 아파트, 다세대 및 연립주택을 대상으로 공용 급배수 배관, 승강기 교체, 단지 내 도로·인도 보수, 기타 공용부분 공사비를 최대 5000만 원까지 50% 이내로 차등 지원한다.

◆ 1월 5일부터 23일까지 신청 접수

Applications can be submitted from January 5 to 23 next year by visiting the Housing Division at the district office for the original downtown area or the Songdo Living Support Division for the Songdo area. Support targets and amounts will be finalized through deliberation by the Apartment Support Deliberation Committee in early March next year.
