◆ 베스트 간부·도의원 선정
경기도교육청 직장협의회가 건강한 조직문화 정착을 위해 베스트 간부와 도의원을 선정했다고 30일 밝혔다. 직협은 지난 16~17일 전 직원을 대상으로 투표를 실시했다. 베스트 간부로는 안준상 운영지원과장과 성동규 인사기획담당사무관이 뽑혔다. 경기도의회 베스트 도의원에는 교육기획위원회 이호동 의원이 선정됐다.
◆ 워스트 리더십 사례 도출
직협은 조직문화 개선이 필요한 워스트 리더십 사례도 함께 도출했다. 관리자 개인 감정에 따른 조직 분위기 형성, 권위적 업무 지시 등이 지적됐다. 명확하지 않은 업무 지시와 직원 하대성 발언, 과도한 자료 요구도 개선 과제로 제시됐다.
◆ 교육감과 조직문화 개선 논의 예정
직협은 내년 교육감과의 협의에서 이번 조사 결과를 공유하고 조직문화 개선 방안을 논의할 예정이다. 신영민 회장은 "이번 결과는 특정 개인 평가가 아닌 건강한 조직문화를 만들기 위한 기초자료"라며 "베스트 사례는 확산하고 개선 필요 부분은 제도적으로 보완하겠다"고 말했다.

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education Staff Council announced on December 30 that it selected the best executives and provincial council member to establish a healthy organizational culture. The council conducted voting among all employees on December 16-17. Operation Support Division Chief Ahn Jun-sang and Personnel Planning Officer Seong Dong-gyu were selected as best executives. Education Planning Committee Member Lee Ho-dong was selected as the best Gyeonggi Provincial Council member.
◆ Worst Leadership Cases Identified
The council also identified worst leadership cases requiring organizational culture improvement. Issues such as forming organizational atmosphere based on managers' personal emotions and authoritative work instructions were pointed out. Unclear work instructions, condescending remarks toward staff, and excessive data requests were also presented as improvement tasks.
◆ Plans to Discuss Organizational Culture Improvement with Superintendent
The council plans to share the survey results and discuss organizational culture improvement measures at next year's meeting with the Superintendent of Education. Chairman Shin Young-min said, "These results are not evaluations of specific individuals but foundational data for creating a healthy organizational culture," adding, "We will spread best practices and institutionally supplement areas needing improvement."
