◆ 무인민원발급기 무료화 시민 체감도 1위

수원시정연구원이 29일 발표한 '정책 시민체감 인식조사' 결과 무인민원발급기 무료 정책이 시민 삶 기여도 1위를 기록했다. 응답자 79.5%가 해당 정책의 기여도가 가장 높다고 평가했다. 수원시는 지난 5월 16일부터 도내 지자체 중 최초로 무인민원발급기 민원서류 수수료를 면제했다. 주민등록등·초본, 가족관계증명서 등 대부분의 민원서류를 무료로 발급받을 수 있다.

◆ 수목원 개장·체육시설 개방도 높은 평가

무인민원발급기 무료화 다음으로 수목원 개장과 손바닥정원 조성(75.8%), 초중고 운동장·체육관 개방(74.2%)이 높은 평가를 받았다. 응답자 75.2%가 시정에 만족한다고 답했다. 만족 이유로는 정책 추진 방향 공감이 22.0%, 내 삶에 도움 되는 정책이 많다는 응답이 21.8%를 차지했다.

◆ 내년 기대 정책 1위 대상포진 접종 지원

내년 시행 예정 정책 중 대상포진 접종 지원이 79.3%로 가장 높은 기대를 받았다. 미래 성장 시책으로는 격자형 광역철도망 구축이 81.8%의 공감을 얻었고 노후도시 재개발·재건축 정비도 80.4%가 지지했다. 조사는 11일부터 17일까지 19세 이상 시민 3355명을 대상으로 실시했다. 김성진 수원시정연구원장은 "생활밀착형 정책 체감도를 높이면서 미래 성장 정책이 시민 삶과 어떻게 연결되는지 끊임없이 소통해야 한다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Free Unmanned Civil Service Kiosk Ranks 1st in Citizen Impact

According to the 'Policy Citizen Perception Survey' released by the Suwon Research Institute on December 29, the free unmanned civil service kiosk policy ranked first in contribution to citizens' lives. 79.5% of respondents evaluated this policy as having the highest contribution. Suwon City became the first local government in the province to waive fees for civil documents at unmanned kiosks starting May 16. Most civil documents including resident registration copies and family relation certificates can be issued for free.

◆ Arboretum Opening and Sports Facility Access Also Highly Rated

Following the free kiosk policy, the arboretum opening and palm garden creation (75.8%) and elementary, middle, and high school playground and gymnasium opening (74.2%) received high ratings. 75.2% of respondents said they were satisfied with city administration. Satisfaction reasons included agreement with policy direction at 22.0% and many policies helpful to daily life at 21.8%.

◆ Shingles Vaccination Support Tops Expectations for Next Year

Among policies scheduled for next year, shingles vaccination support received the highest expectations at 79.3%. For future growth initiatives, grid-type metropolitan railway network construction gained 81.8% support, and old city redevelopment and reconstruction also received 80.4% support. The survey was conducted from December 11 to 17 targeting 3,355 citizens aged 19 and older. Suwon Research Institute Director Kim Seong-jin stated, "We must continuously communicate how future growth policies connect to citizens' lives while increasing awareness of daily life-oriented policies."
