◆ 29일 0시 봉황기 청와대 게양

이재명 대통령이 29일부터 청와대에서 집무를 시작한다. 2022년 5월 윤석열 정부가 대통령 집무실을 용산으로 이전한 이후 3년 7개월 만에 국정 운영의 중심지가 다시 청와대로 옮겨진다. 이 대통령은 이날 오전 청와대로 처음 출근한다. 이에 앞서 이날 0시 대한민국 국가수반의 상징인 봉황기가 용산에서 내려져 청와대에 게양됐다.

◆ 여민관 중심 집무 체제 구축

청와대는 본관과 비서동인 여민1~3관, 대통령 관저, 영빈관, 춘추관 등으로 구성된다. 이 대통령의 집무실은 본관 외에 핵심 참모인 3실장(비서실장·정책실장·안보실장)이 모인 업무동인 여민1관에 추가로 마련됐다. 이 대통령은 권위의 상징인 본관보다 참모진과의 신속하고 유기적인 정책 결정을 위해 여민관에서 대부분의 업무를 소화할 방침이다. 본관 집무실은 정상회담이나 임명장 수여식 등 공식 행사 때 주로 이용할 예정이다.

◆ 열린 경호·국정 생중계로 소통 확대

청와대는 구중궁궐 이미지 탈피를 위한 조치에도 집중했다. 국정 생중계를 확대하고 열린 경호 원칙을 통해 국민 소통을 늘리겠다는 계획이다. 청와대 사랑채에 오픈 스튜디오도 이전해 운영한다. 사랑채는 별도 출입 신청 없이 누구나 자유롭게 드나들 수 있어 언론과 유튜버의 접근성이 향상될 전망이다. 대통령경호처는 필요 범위 내에서 경호 구역을 재지정하고 시민 불편을 줄이는 조치를 병행한다. 주변 등산로 통제를 최소화하고 광화문·경복궁·청와대·삼청동 일대 러닝 코스는 기존대로 유지한다고 밝혔다. 이 대통령은 첫 청와대 출근에 맞춰 소통 행보에 나서며 대국민 메시지를 낼 예정이다. 청와대 관계자는 "이 대통령은 청와대 인근 주민들에게 인사하면서 청와대 시대의 문을 열 것"이라며 "청와대 복귀의 의미를 새기며 새로운 각오를 다지는 메시지도 발표할 것으로 보인다"고 말했다. 다만 청와대 관저 공사가 끝나지 않아 이 대통령은 당분간 한남동 관저에서 청와대로 출퇴근한다. 대통령 관저는 내년 상반기 중 보수 작업과 보안 점검이 마무리될 전망이다.

Sarangchae can be freely accessed by anyone without separate entry applications, improving accessibility for the press and YouTubers. The Presidential Security Service will redesignate security zones within necessary limits and take measures to reduce inconvenience to citizens. It announced that control of nearby hiking trails will be minimized and running courses around Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung, Cheong Wa Dae, and Samcheong-dong will be maintained as before. President Lee plans to engage in communication efforts and deliver a message to the public in line with his first commute to Cheong Wa Dae. A Cheong Wa Dae official said, "President Lee will open the Cheong Wa Dae era by greeting residents near Cheong Wa Dae. He is also expected to announce a message reaffirming the meaning of returning to Cheong Wa Dae and his new resolve." However, as the Cheong Wa Dae residence renovation is not yet complete, President Lee will commute from the Hannam-dong residence to Cheong Wa Dae for the time being.
