◆ 11건 접수 심사 거쳐 6건 최종 선정
인천시 남동구가 적극 행정 우수사례 6건을 선정하고 우수공무원 8명을 포상했다고 26일 밝혔다. 남동구는 지난 9월부터 홈페이지와 내·외부 추천을 통해 11건의 우수사례를 접수했다. 블라인드 사전심사, 직원 설문조사, 주민 설문조사, 사례 발표회를 거쳐 최종 6건을 선정했다.
◆ 물빛놀이터 조성 최우수 사례 선정
'남동 물빛놀이터 조성사업'이 최우수 사례로 선정됐다. 미래전략과 오영택 주무관이 담당했다. 이 사업은 방치된 도심 속 유수지를 온 가족이 이용 가능한 야외 물놀이장으로 탈바꿈시켰다. 주민 설문과 발표회 심사에서 가장 높은 점수를 받았다. 이어 우수상에 장애아 전문 국공립 씨튼 어린이집 이전 사업(보육정책과 최종혜 팀장·김옥숙·권남희 주무관), 장려상에 온라인 접수체계를 이용한 폐소화기 무상수거(청소행정과 양지우 주무관)와 논현동 782번지 일원 도로교통정체 해결(도로과 유효성 주무관), 혁신상에 도롱뇽마을 무장애나눔길 조성사업(공원녹지과 유동일 팀장), 공공기관 우수상에 남동문화네트워크 사업(남동문화재단 송현주 팀장)이 각각 수상했다.
◆ 웹툰·카드뉴스로 우수사례 홍보
남동구는 선정된 우수사례를 웹툰과 카드뉴스로 제작해 홈페이지, 블로그, 적극행정 ON 사이트 등에서 홍보할 예정이다. 박종효 남동구청장은 "적극 행정을 통한 혁신 서비스 사례들이 구민 삶의 질 향상에 기여한 점을 높이 평가한다"며 "선정 사례에 파격적인 인센티브를 통해 전 직원의 적극 행정 추진을 활성화하겠다"고 말했다.

◆ 6 Cases Selected After Reviewing 11 Submissions
Namdong-gu, Incheon announced on December 26 that it selected 6 excellent proactive administration cases and rewarded 8 outstanding public servants. Namdong-gu received 11 excellent case submissions through its website and internal and external recommendations starting in September. The district selected the final 6 cases through blind preliminary screening, employee surveys, resident surveys and case presentations.
◆ Water Light Playground Project Wins Top Honor
The 'Namdong Water Light Playground Project' was selected as the best case. Oh Young-taek, an officer from the Future Strategy Division, was in charge. This project transformed an abandoned urban detention basin into an outdoor water playground for families. It received the highest score in resident surveys and presentation evaluations. The Excellence Award went to the relocation of Seton Daycare Center specializing in children with disabilities (Team Leader Choi Jong-hye, Officers Kim Ok-suk and Kwon Nam-hee from Childcare Policy Division). Encouragement Awards went to free collection of waste fire extinguishers using online registration system (Officer Yang Ji-woo from Sanitation Administration Division) and resolution of traffic congestion in Nonhyeon-dong 782 area (Officer Yoo Hyo-sung from Road Division). The Innovation Award went to Dorongnyong Village Barrier-free Trail Project (Team Leader Yoo Dong-il from Parks and Greenery Division). The Public Institution Excellence Award went to Namdong Cultural Network Project (Team Leader Song Hyun-ju from Namdong Cultural Foundation).
◆ Promoting Cases Through Webtoons and Card News
Namdong-gu plans to produce webtoons and card news featuring the selected cases and promote them through its website, blog and Proactive Administration ON site. Namdong-gu Mayor Park Jong-hyo said, "I highly appreciate that innovative service cases through proactive administration have contributed to improving residents' quality of life. I will provide exceptional incentives for selected cases to further encourage proactive administration among all employees."
