◆ 시흥시·수원시 누구나돌봄 우수 시군 대상 수상
경기도가 '누구나 돌봄' 사업 우수 시군 평가 결과 시흥시와 수원시가 대상을 받았다고 25일 밝혔다. 시흥시와 수원시는 돌봄 공백 발생 시 신속 대응체계 구축, 지역 자원 연계를 통한 서비스 접근성 강화, 현장 중심 운영을 통해 도민 체감도를 높인 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다. 최우수상에는 파주시·이천시·안산시·군포시가 선정됐다. 우수상에는 평택시·양평군·의정부시·동두천시가 선정됐다.
◆ 올해 29개 시군서 1만6879명에게 서비스 제공
누구나돌봄은 돌봄사각지대 해소를 위해 시행하는 민선8기 경기도 중점사업이다. 지난해 시행 첫해 15개 시군에서 1만35명에게 1만468건의 돌봄서비스를 제공했다. 올해는 11월 현재 29개 시군에서 1만6879명에게 1만7602건의 서비스를 제공했다. 내년에는 도내 31개 전 시군에서 누구나돌봄 사업을 시행할 예정이다.
◆ 우수 사례 확산…통합돌봄 정책 연계 추진
경기도는 이번 평가를 통해 발굴된 우수 운영 사례를 도 전역에 공유·확산할 계획이다. 내년 본격 시행 예정인 통합돌봄 정책과 연계해 의료·요양·돌봄이 유기적으로 연결되는 지역 돌봄 체계를 단계적으로 구축해 나갈 방침이다. 김해련 경기도 복지정책과장은 "누구나 돌봄은 기존 돌봄 제도의 사각지대를 보완해 도민의 일상 회복을 지원하는 핵심 정책"이라며 "앞으로도 시군과의 협력을 통해 도민 누구나 체감할 수 있는 촘촘한 돌봄 안전망을 구축해 나가겠다"고 말했다.

◆ Siheung and Suwon Win Grand Prize in Care for Everyone Evaluation
Gyeonggi Province announced on the 25th that Siheung City and Suwon City won the grand prize in the 'Care for Everyone' project excellent city/county evaluation. Siheung City and Suwon City received high marks for establishing rapid response systems when care gaps occur, strengthening service accessibility through regional resource linkage, and increasing resident satisfaction through field-centered operation. Paju City, Icheon City, Ansan City, and Gunpo City were selected for the Excellence Award. Pyeongtaek City, Yangpyeong County, Uijeongbu City, and Dongducheon City were selected for the Merit Award.
◆ Services Provided to 16,879 People in 29 Cities/Counties This Year
Care for Everyone is a key project of Gyeonggi Province's 8th popularly elected administration implemented to eliminate care blind spots. In the first year of implementation last year, 10,468 care services were provided to 10,035 people in 15 cities/counties. As of November this year, 17,602 services were provided to 16,879 people in 29 cities/counties. Next year, the Care for Everyone project is scheduled to be implemented in all 31 cities/counties in the province.
◆ Spreading Best Practices…Linking with Integrated Care Policy
Gyeonggi Province plans to share and spread excellent operation cases discovered through this evaluation throughout the province. The province plans to gradually build a regional care system that organically connects medical care, nursing care, and daily care in connection with the integrated care policy scheduled for full implementation next year. Kim Hae-ryeon, Head of Welfare Policy Division at Gyeonggi Province, said, "Care for Everyone is a key policy that supplements the blind spots of existing care systems and supports the recovery of daily life for residents" and "We will continue to build a tight care safety net that all residents can feel through cooperation with cities and counties."
