◆ 교육 개요

서울주택도시공사(SH)가 15일 서울 강남구 오크우드 프리미어 코엑스 센터에서 '2025년도 SH 보상 직무 교육'을 실시했다. 이번 교육은 공익사업 보상 업무의 공정성과 전문성을 강화하고 현장 중심 실무 대응 역량을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. SH 보상 업무 담당자뿐 아니라 서울시·자치구 보상 관련 부서, 제주특별자치도개발공사 등 유관 기관 실무자도 참여했다. 서울시 '보상학교' 운영 취지와 연계해 기관 간 보상 실무 노하우를 공유하는 자리로 운영됐다.

◆ 교육 내용

SH는 단순 이론 중심 강의에서 벗어나 실제 보상 업무에서 빈번하게 발생하는 쟁점을 중심으로 교육을 구성했다. 이진아 변호사가 '사례로 보는 민사집행과 행정대집행'을 강의했다. 김세연 법무사가 '등기 및 공탁 실무'를 설명했다. 박상융 변호사가 '보상 업무 수행 중 형사 대응 방안'을 전달했다. 김욱 감정평가사가 '보상 감정평가 실무 사례'를 공유했다. 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 사례 중심 강의가 진행됐다. 교육 종료 후 외부 참여자 대상 수료식도 열렸다.

◆ 향후 계획과 기대

SH는 이번 교육이 보상 업무 담당자의 전문적 판단 능력과 실무 대응 역량 제고에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다. SH는 참여자 교육 평가와 의견을 반영해 내년도 보상 직무 교육 과정을 보완할 계획이다. 보상 업무의 정확성과 공정성을 지속적으로 높여 공공기관으로서 책무를 강화할 방침이다. 황상하 SH 사장은 "보상 업무는 시민의 재산권과 직결되는 만큼 높은 수준의 전문성과 공정성이 요구된다"며 "서울시 및 유관 기관과 교육 연계를 바탕으로 현장 실무 중심 교육을 지속 확대해 시민 신뢰를 높이는 보상 행정을 구현해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH) conducted the '2025 SH Compensation Job Training' at Oakwood Premier Coex Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 15th. The training was designed to strengthen fairness and expertise in public project compensation work and enhance field-oriented practical response capabilities. Not only SH compensation staff but also officials from Seoul City and autonomous district compensation departments and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Development Corporation participated. The training was operated as a venue for sharing compensation practical know-how among institutions in connection with Seoul City's 'Compensation School' initiative.

◆ Training Content

SH organized the training focusing on issues frequently occurring in actual compensation work, departing from simple theory-centered lectures. Attorney Lee Jin-ah lectured on 'Civil Execution and Administrative Execution through Cases.' Judicial Scrivener Kim Se-yeon explained 'Registration and Deposit Practice.' Attorney Park Sang-yung delivered 'Criminal Response Measures during Compensation Work.' Appraiser Kim Wook shared 'Compensation Appraisal Practice Cases.' Case-centered lectures immediately applicable in the field were conducted. A completion ceremony for external participants was held after the training concluded.

◆ Future Plans and Expectations

SH expects this training to contribute to enhancing the professional judgment ability and practical response capabilities of compensation staff. SH plans to supplement next year's compensation job training curriculum by reflecting participant evaluations and opinions. The corporation aims to strengthen its responsibility as a public institution by continuously improving the accuracy and fairness of compensation work. SH President Hwang Sang-ha said, "Compensation work requires a high level of expertise and fairness as it directly relates to citizens' property rights," adding, "We will continue to expand field practice-centered training based on educational linkages with Seoul City and related institutions to realize compensation administration that increases citizen trust."
