개관 30년이 경과한 남동장애인종합복지관은 강당 마루·냉난방기·수중재활실 보일러 등 주요 설비의 노후화가 심각하다. 한 의원은 "장애인 복지관은 사회적 약자의 삶을 지탱하는 생활공간"이라며 "내년도 본예산에 기능 보강 사업이 반영될 수 있도록 끝까지 챙기겠다"고 했다. 한 의원은 직접 예산 확보에 실질적 역할을 해왔다.
