행정안전부는 23일 국가정보자원관리원 대전 본원 화재로 장애가 발생한 정부 전산망 시스템 709개 중 474개를 복구했다고 밝혔다.
행안부에 따르면 이날 오후 9시 기준 복구율은 66.9%다. 종전보다 6개가 추가로 정상화됐다.
새로 복구된 시스템은 고용노동부 메일시스템, 행안부 자전거행복나눔, 방송미디어통신위원회 업무포털 및 자료관리 등이다.
등급별 복구 현황을 보면 1등급은 40개 중 33개(82.5%), 2등급은 68개 중 52개(76.5%), 3등급은 261개 중 182개(69.7%), 4등급은 340개 중 207개(60.9%)가 정상화됐다.
행안부는 이날 1등급 시스템인 공공데이터포털 서비스를 재개했다. 공공데이터포털은 공공기관이 보유·관리하는 공공데이터를 한 곳에 모아놓은 사이트다.
이번 복구로 응용 프로그램 인터페이스(API) 서비스, 파일 다운로드, 데이터 제공 신청 등을 이용할 수 있다.
일부 파일 데이터는 추가 복구 작업을 진행 중이다. 공공기관의 데이터 신규 등록 등은 아직 정상화되지 않았다.
행안부는 이달 말까지 나머지 기능을 복구할 계획이다.

The ministry resumed the Public Data Portal service, a Level 1 system, on this day. The Public Data Portal is a site that consolidates public data held and managed by public institutions.
With this restoration, users can access Application Programming Interface (API) services, file downloads, and data provision requests.
Additional recovery work is underway for some file data. New data registration by public institutions has not yet been normalized.
The ministry plans to restore the remaining functions by the end of this month.
