◆11일 화성행궁광장서 노인일자리 박람회
수원특례시는 11월 11일 오후 1시부터 4시까지 화성행궁광장에서 제18회 노인일자리 채용 한마당을 연다. 수원시 노인민간취업지원협의체가 주최하고 수원시니어클럽이 주관한다. 수원시에 거주하는 60세 이상 어르신을 대상으로 한다.
◆16개 업체 참여, 50명 채용 목표
경비, 미화, 조리·주방보조 등 분야에서 16개 이상 업체가 참여한다. 채용 목표 인원은 50명이다. 구인 업체가 서류심사와 현장면접을 거쳐 직접 채용한다. 수원시니어클럽과 대한노인회 4개 구 지회가 이력서를 접수한 후 추후 면접 일정을 잡아주는 방식으로도 진행한다.
◆취업 지원 서비스 제공
행사장에는 면접 부스, 요양시설 홍보 부스, 협력기관 참여 부스가 마련된다. 경기남부노인보호전문기관은 노인학대 예방 캠페인을 펼친다. 취업상담, 이력서 작성 지원, 명함 사진 촬영·인쇄 등 취업 지원 서비스를 제공한다. 수원시 관계자는 "어르신들에게 실질적인 취업 기회와 정보를 제공하는 장이 되길 바란다"고 밝혔다.

Suwon Metropolitan City holds the 18th Senior Job Fair from 1 PM to 4 PM on November 11 at Hwaseong Haenggung Plaza. The Suwon Senior Private Employment Support Council hosts the event and Suwon Senior Club organizes it. The fair targets seniors aged 60 and above residing in Suwon City.
◆16 Companies Participate, Target 50 Hires
More than 16 companies participate in fields including security, cleaning, and cooking/kitchen assistant positions. The hiring target is 50 people. Recruiting companies conduct document screening and on-site interviews to hire directly. Suwon Senior Club and four district branches of the Korea Senior Citizens Association also accept resumes and arrange interview schedules later.
◆Employment Support Services Provided
The venue features interview booths, nursing facility promotion booths, and partner organization participation booths. Gyeonggi Southern Regional Elder Protection Agency conducts an elder abuse prevention campaign. The fair provides employment support services including job counseling, resume writing assistance, and business card photo shooting and printing. A Suwon City official stated, "We hope this becomes a venue that provides practical employment opportunities and information to seniors."
