군포시는 지난 16일 시청 대회의실에서 산본동 일대 가칭 ‘디퍼아울렛타운’ 복합개발사업 주민설명회를 개최했다.
도시공사는 디퍼아울렛 부지와 인접 공영주차장, 견인차보관소 등을 포함한 1만1,635㎡ 부지에 대해 주거·상업·공공 기능이 결합된 복합개발 가능성을 설명했다.
관계자는 “이번 설명회는 구체적 계획 이전 단계로, 소유주 이해를 돕기 위한 자리”라고 밝혔다.

Gunpo City held a resident briefing on October 16 at City Hall for the provisional ‘Differ Outlet Town’ mixed-use development in Sanbon-dong. Officials from the Urban Corporation explained that the 11,635㎡ site, including the Differ Outlet, public parking lot, and vehicle impound lot, could be developed combining residential, commercial, and public functions. A representative noted, “This briefing was preliminary, aimed at helping property owners understand the project concept.”
