◆ 문제지 배부 및 보안 체계
교육부는 10일 2026학년도 대학수학능력시험 문제지와 답안지를 전국 85개 시험지구에 배부한다고 밝혔다. 배부 작업은 12일까지 사흘간 진행된다.
시·도교육청 관계 직원과 교육부 중앙협력관이 운송에 참여하며, 경찰 차량이 전 과정을 호송한다. 문제지와 답안지는 시험 전날인 12일까지 별도 장소에 보관되며, 시험 당일인 13일 아침 1310개 시험장으로 운반된다.
교육부는 운전자에게 문답지 운송 차량을 만날 경우 경찰 지시에 협조해 줄 것을 당부했다.
◆ 시험 일정 및 응시 인원
올해 수능은 11월 13일 오전 8시40분부터 오후 5시45분까지 전국 85개 시험지구 1310개 시험장에서 실시된다. 일반 수험생 기준 종료 시간이며, 중증시각장애 등 시험편의제공대상자를 포함한 종료 시간은 오후 9시48분이다.
응시자는 55만4174명으로 전년보다 3만1504명 증가했다. 정부는 55만여 명의 수험생이 원활하게 응시할 수 있도록 교통 혼잡 완화와 시험장 주변 소음 방지를 지원할 계획이다.
◆ 수능 당일 지원 대책
교육부는 지난 10월 22일 발표한 '2026학년도 수능 당일 안정적 시험 시행 지원 대책'에 따라 관공서와 기업체에 출근 시간을 오전 10시 이후로 조정하도록 협조를 요청했다.
수험생 등교 시간대인 오전 6시부터 8시10분까지 수도권 지하철 운행 대수를 늘리고, 경찰서 등 행정기관의 비상 수송차량을 배치한다. 시험장 200m 전방부터 차량 출입을 통제하며, 자차 이용 수험생은 200m 전방에서 하차해야 한다.
3교시 영어영역 듣기평가 시간인 오후 1시10분부터 1시35분까지 25분간 항공기와 헬리콥터 이착륙 시간을 조정하고, 포 사격 및 전차 이동 등 군사훈련을 중단한다. 시험장 주변을 지나는 버스와 열차는 서행하고 경적 사용을 자제하며, 공사장 등의 생활소음도 최소화할 것을 당부했다.

◆ Test Papers Distribution and Security System
The Ministry of Education announced on the 10th that it will distribute test papers and answer sheets for the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test to 85 test districts nationwide. The distribution work will continue for three days until the 12th.
Officials from city and provincial education offices and the Ministry of Education's central cooperation officers participate in transportation, with police vehicles escorting the entire process. Test papers and answer sheets will be stored in separate locations until the 12th, the day before the exam, and will be transported to 1,310 test sites on the morning of the 13th, the exam day.

◆ Exam Schedule and Number of Examinees
This year's CSAT will be held from 8:40 AM to 5:45 PM on November 13th at 1,310 test sites in 85 test districts nationwide. This is the closing time for general examinees, and the closing time including those receiving test accommodations such as severe visual impairment is 9:48 PM.
The number of examinees is 554,174, an increase of 31,504 from the previous year. The government plans to support smooth examination by reducing traffic congestion and preventing noise around test sites for the 550,000 examinees.
◆ Support Measures for Exam Day
According to the "Support Measures for Stable Test Implementation on 2026 CSAT Day" announced on October 22nd, the Ministry of Education requested government offices and companies to adjust commuting hours to after 10 AM.
During the student commute time from 6 AM to 8:10 AM, the number of subway trains in the metropolitan area will be increased, and emergency transport vehicles from administrative agencies such as police stations will be deployed. Vehicle access will be restricted from 200m in front of test sites, and examinees using private cars must get off 200m ahead and walk.
During the 25-minute English listening test from 1:10 PM to 1:35 PM in the third period, aircraft and helicopter takeoff and landing times will be adjusted, and military training such as artillery firing and tank movements will be temporarily suspended. Buses and trains passing near test sites will travel slowly and refrain from using horns, and the ministry urged minimization of construction noise and other living noises around test sites.
