◆ 청년 창업자 협업 체계 구축 위한 네트워킹 데이
부평구(구청장 차준택)는 지난 5일 유유기지 부평에서 '2025년 청년 창업자 네트워킹 데이'를 개최했다. 청년 창업자와 창업 전문가 등 30여 명이 참여한 이번 행사는 단순한 교류 행사를 넘어, 청년 창업자 간의 지속 가능한 협업 체계 구축 및 혁신을 통한 지역 경제 기반 강화를 위해 마련됐다.
◆ 주제별 토크쇼·그룹별 맞춤 상담
창업 지원 기관, 민간 투자 파트너, 창업 전문가 등이 한자리에 모여 현장의 이야기와 경험을 청년들과 나누는 '토크쇼'가 진행됐다. 토크쇼는 3개의 주제별(자금조달, 기술개발, 마케팅)로 구성됐으며, 청년들은 각자의 창업 단계나 분야의 특성을 고려한 그룹별(도전, 성장, 변화) 활동에 참여하며 맞춤형 상담을 받았다. 특히 청년 창업자들이 자유롭게 교류하는 '네트워킹' 시간에는 서로의 아이디어를 자연스럽게 소개하고 격려하며, 지속적인 성장을 위한 동기 부여의 기회가 됐다.
◆ 청년 창업 지원 프로그램 지속 운영
행사에 참석한 한 청년 창업자는 "이전에는 혼자 창업을 준비하며 많은 어려움을 겪었다"며 "이번 행사를 통해 비슷한 고민을 가진 청년 창업자들과 소통하고, 전문가들의 현장 의견을 받을 수 있어 큰 힘이 됐다"고 전했다. 구 관계자는 "이번 행사가 청년 창업자 간의 소통과 협력의 기회가 됐기를 바란다"며 "앞으로도 다양한 창업지원 프로그램을 통해 청년들의 성장을 적극적으로 돕겠다"고 말했다.

The talk show consisted of three themes (fundraising, technology development, marketing), and young people participated in group activities (challenge, growth, change) considering their respective startup stages or field characteristics and received customized consultations. In particular, during the 'networking' time where young entrepreneurs freely exchanged ideas, they naturally introduced and encouraged each other's ideas, providing an opportunity for motivation for continuous growth.

A young entrepreneur who attended the event stated, "Previously, I faced many difficulties preparing for a startup alone," adding "Through this event, I was able to communicate with young entrepreneurs with similar concerns and receive field feedback from experts, which was very encouraging." A district official stated, "We hope this event became an opportunity for communication and cooperation among young entrepreneurs," adding "We will actively help young people grow through various startup support programs in the future."
