고양특례시는 가상자산 압류 처분과 고액·상습 체납자에 대한 가택수색을 적극 추진해 체납징수 실효성을 높였다. 체납자의 가상자산 보유 현황을 면밀히 분석하고 체계적인 압류를 실시했으며, 은닉재산 추적과 가택수색을 병행하는 강도 높은 체납처분을 전개했다.
