◆ 과정 개요
인천광역시교육청교육연수원(원장 최철호)은 1월 2일 입교식을 시작으로 오는 6월 29일까지 '제1기 7급 미래인재 양성과정'을 운영한다. 이번 과정은 정책 실행의 출발점에 있는 7급 공무원의 실무 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육과정이다. 6개월간 총 840시간 과정으로 진행된다.
◆ 교육 내용
교육과정은 5대 영역으로 구성됐다. 공직가치와 인천교육정책 이해, 문제해결 중심 기획·분석 역량, 현장 중심 직무 역량, 소통·협업 및 미래역량, 인문융합 기반 자기주도 성장역량 등이다. 프로젝트형 개선과제 연구, '인천 바로 알기' 현장학습, 생성형 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 실무 적용 등 실천 중심의 프로그램을 강화한 것이 특징이다.
◆ 원장 소감
최철호 원장은 "이번 과정을 통해 조직의 미래를 떠받칠 실무형 인재를 조기에 발굴·육성하겠다"며 "기존에 운영 중인 6급 핵심인재 과정으로 자연스럽게 이어지는 인재 양성 체계를 구축해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.

The program is characterized by strengthened practice-oriented programs including project-type improvement task research, 'Understanding Incheon' field learning, and practical application using generative artificial intelligence (AI).
