셋째, 새빛 생활비 패키지로 시민의 삶을 지킨다. 수원시는 첫째아 출생지원금을 신설한다. 11~18세 여성청소년에게 생리용품을 보편 지원한다. 19~23세 청년, 장애인, 70세 이상 어르신에게 버스교통비를 지원한다. 65세 이상 짝수년도 출생자에게 대상포진 예방접종을 지원한다. 수원시는 새빛펀드, 새빛돌봄, 새빛톡톡, 새빛민원실, 새빛하우스 등 새빛정책을 지속 확대한다. 이재준 시장은 "서로를 믿고 손을 맞잡을 때 더 따뜻한 도시의 미래가 열릴 것"이라며 "시민 체감, 수원 대전환을 시민 여러분과 함께하겠다"고 말했다.
