◆ SH 스마트 건설기술 혁신 계획 수립

서울주택도시공사는 'SH 스마트(S.M.A.R.T) 건설기술 혁신 계획'을 수립했다고 밝혔다. ◆ 5대 전략별 추진 내용

SH는 이번 계획을 통해 기존에 추진해 온 스마트 건설기술을 분야별로 정리하고 순차적으로 고도화할 방침이다. 지속성 분야에서는 친환경 기술의 비용 대비 효용 분석을 바탕으로 녹색건축과 제로 에너지 등급별 최적화 방안 및 가이드라인을 개발한다. 모듈러 분야에서는 기 개발한 스틸과 프리캐스트 콘크리트 실무 가이드북과 함께 최신 동향을 업데이트해 탈현장공법 통합 실무 가이드를 마련한다. 인공지능 분야에서는 인공지능 기반 경제성 평가(VE) 검색 모듈 등을 통해 자체 인공지능 기반의 SH 지식 및 기술관리 패키지를 개발해 전사적으로 활용한다. 로봇자동화 분야에서는 사물인터넷 기반 디지털 센싱 기술 및 로봇 기술 동향 분석을 통해 공동주택 맞춤형 기술의 적용성을 순차적으로 검증한다. 기술전환 분야에서는 디지털 전환을 위해 건설정보모델링 기술을 설계에서 시공 단계까지 확장하는 방안을 추진한다.

◆ 기존 스마트 기술 도입 현황

SH는 그간 인공지능, 사물인터넷, 탈현장공법, 건설정보모델링 등 분야에서 스마트 기술 도입을 적극 추진해 왔다. SH는 현장 사진 분석을 통한 위험 요인 탐지 및 조치 사항 관련 법령 제시, 보고서 생성 등을 수행하는 건설 안전 인공지능 'SAFE'를 개발해 3개 현장에 시범 적용을 완료했다. SH는 레미콘 강도와 배합비 등 핵심 품질 정보를 공장에서 전송받아 실시간 감시하는 '레미콘 스마트 관리 시스템' 구축을 완료했다. SH는 구조도면 이해 제고를 통한 부실 공사 예방을 위해 '찾아가는 현장 BIM 교육'을 올해 3개 현장에 실시했다. ◆ SH S.M.A.R.T Construction Technology Innovation Plan Established

Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation announced it has established the 'SH S.M.A.R.T Construction Technology Innovation Plan.' This plan is a smart construction technology roadmap consisting of five major strategies. In the robotics automation field, SH will sequentially verify the applicability of apartment-customized technologies through IoT-based digital sensing technology and robot technology trend analysis. In the technology transition field, SH will pursue measures to expand BIM technology from design to construction stages for digital transformation.

◆ Current Status of Smart Technology Adoption

SH has been actively promoting smart technology adoption in fields such as AI, IoT, off-site construction, and BIM. SH developed the construction safety AI 'SAFE' that performs risk factor detection through site photo analysis, presentation of relevant laws for action items, and report generation, completing pilot application at 3 sites. SH completed the construction of a 'Ready-mixed Concrete Smart Management System' that receives and monitors key quality information such as concrete strength and mix ratio from factories in real time. SH conducted 'On-site BIM Education' at 3 sites this year to prevent poor construction through improved understanding of structural drawings. SH established the 'PC Apartment Design Guidelines' earlier this year and is building a demonstration complex at Magok-dong 1410 in Gangseo-gu.
