◆ 마일리지 기부 현황

고양특례시(시장 이동환)는 2024년 12월 30일 시청 열린시장실에서 '2025년 하반기 공적 항공마일리지 활용 기부물품 전달식'을 개최했다. 이동환 고양시장과 김진우 덕양행신종합사회복지관장이 참석했다. 고양시 직원 73명이 공무상 출장으로 적립한 항공 마일리지 1,061만원 상당의 생활용품을 덕양행신종합사회복지관에 기탁했다.

◆ 기부 규모와 배분 계획

고양시는 2024년 상반기와 하반기 기부를 합쳐 총 2,300만원 상당의 물품을 취약계층에 지원했다. 이번 기부는 올해 두 번째다. 덕양행신종합사회복지관은 기탁 물품을 원당종합사회복지관과 일산종합사회복지관에 배부하고, 각 복지관은 덕양구·일산동구·일산서구 저소득층에 물품을 나눠줄 예정이다.

◆ 향후 계획

고양시는 앞으로 공적 자원을 효율적이고 투명하게 활용해 지속적인 사회공헌 활동을 이어가기로 했다. 이번 기부는 고양시 공무원들의 자발적 참여로 이루어졌다.

◆ Airline Miles Donation Status

Goyang Special City (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) held a '2025 Second Half Public Airline Miles Utilization Donation Ceremony' at the Open Mayor's Office on December 30, 2024. Mayor Lee Dong-hwan and Director Kim Jin-woo of Deokyang Haengsin Comprehensive Social Welfare Center attended the event. Seventy-three Goyang City employees donated household goods valued at 10.61 million won, accumulated through airline miles from official business travel, to the Deokyang Haengsin Comprehensive Social Welfare Center.

◆ Donation Scale and Distribution Plan

Goyang City supported vulnerable residents with goods totaling 23 million won, combining first and second half donations in 2024. This donation marks the second of the year. The Deokyang Haengsin Comprehensive Social Welfare Center will distribute the donated items to Wondang Comprehensive Social Welfare Center and Ilsan Comprehensive Social Welfare Center. Each facility will distribute items to low-income residents in Deokyang-gu, Ilsan-dong-gu, and Ilsan-seo-gu.

◆ Future Plans

Goyang City plans to continue social contribution activities by utilizing public resources efficiently and transparently. This donation resulted from voluntary participation by Goyang City employees.
