대통령실 공식 명칭이 29일부로 청와대로 바뀐다.
2022년 5월 시작된 대통령실 '용산 시대'가 3년 7개월여 만에 막을 내린다.
대통령실은 24일 대통령을 상징하는 봉황기가 28일 자정 용산 대통령실에서 하기되고, 29일 0시부로 청와대에 게양된다고 밝혔다.
대통령실은 이재명 대통령을 근거리에서 보좌하는 의전비서관실과 제1부속실 등을 제외한 주요 조직의 청와대 이전을 이미 마쳤다. 대통령실 정례 브리핑도 지난 22일부터 청와대 춘추관에서 진행되고 있다.
이 대통령은 이번 주말 동안 집무실 이전을 모두 마무리할 계획이다. 29일 월요일부터는 청와대 본관에서 공식 업무에 돌입한다.
이 대통령은 취임 후 '연내 청와대 복귀'를 선언한 바 있다. 대통령실은 그동안 청와대 본관과 관저 등에 대한 시설 점검과 보안 설비 보강 작업을 진행해 왔다.

Presidential Office Officially Renamed 'Cheongwadae' Starting December 29
Yongsan era ends after 3 years and 7 months; President Lee to begin work at Blue House on Monday
The official name of the Presidential Office will change to Cheongwadae (Blue House) starting December 29. The "Yongsan era" of the Presidential Office, which began in May 2022, comes to a close after approximately three years and seven months.
The Presidential Office announced on December 24 that the phoenix flag symbolizing the president will be lowered from the Yongsan Presidential Office at midnight on December 28 and raised at Cheongwadae at 0:00 on December 29.
The Presidential Office has already completed the relocation of major organizations to Cheongwadae, except for the Protocol Secretary's Office and First Adjutant's Office that provide close support to President Lee Jae-myung. Regular Presidential Office briefings have been held at Cheongwadae's Chunchugwan press center since December 22.
President Lee plans to complete the relocation of his executive office over the weekend. He will begin official duties at the Cheongwadae main building starting Monday, December 29.
President Lee had declared a "return to Cheongwadae within the year" after his inauguration. The Presidential Office has been conducting facility inspections and security equipment reinforcement work at the Cheongwadae main building and official residence.
