◆ 전년 대비 397명 확대…총 5,036명 모집
관악구(구청장 박준희)가 초고령시대 진입을 앞두고 어르신들의 사회참여 증진과 노후 소득 보장을 위해 '2026년 노인 일자리 및 사회활동 지원사업'을 대폭 확대 추진한다. 구는 지난해 대비 모집인원을 397명 확대해 2026년 일자리 사업 참여자 총 5,036명을 모집한다. 구는 이를 위해 2026년 213억 원의 예산을 확보했다.
◆ 신규사업 5개 포함 75개 사업 운영
구는 어르신 참여의 지속 가능성을 높이는 사업 위주로 발굴할 계획이다. 발달장애인 활동매니저, 황톳길 지킴이, 건강 돌봄 이웃 등 5개 신규사업이 포함됐다. 노인공익활동사업, 노인역량활용사업, 공동체사업단, 취업 지원 등 4개 사업유형의 총 75개 사업을 운영한다.
모집은 충원 시까지 진행된다. 대한노인회관악구지회 등 11개 수행기관에 관악구청 홈페이지에 게재된 신청 서류를 지참해 방문하면 된다.
◆ 사업별 참여 대상 구분…일부 제외 대상 있어
사업별 모집 대상은 다음과 같다. 노인공익활동사업은 65세 이상 기초연금수급자 및 직역연금수급자(배우자 포함)가 신청할 수 있다. 노인역량활용사업은 65세 이상(일부 사업 60세 이상), 공동체사업단과 취업 지원은 60세 이상 어르신이 참여할 수 있다. 단 기초생활수급자 중 생계급여수급자, 정부 부처 및 지방자치단체 일자리 참여자, 국민건강보험 직장가입자, 장기요양보험 등급 판정자 등은 제외된다.
박준희 구청장은 "어르신 일자리 사업은 소득 보전을 넘어 어르신들의 보람 차고 활력 있는 노후를 지원하는 최고의 복지 중 하나"라며 "앞으로도 어르신들의 경험과 역량을 활용한 다양한 양질의 일자리 발굴에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

Gwanak-gu (District Mayor Park Jun-hee) is significantly expanding the '2026 Senior Jobs and Social Activity Support Project' to promote social participation of seniors and guarantee retirement income ahead of entering a super-aged society. The district is recruiting a total of 5,036 job project participants for 2026, expanding recruitment by 397 compared to the previous year. The district has secured a budget of 21.3 billion won for 2026.
◆ Operating 75 Projects Including 5 New Projects
The district plans to discover projects focused on enhancing the sustainability of senior participation. Five new projects are included, such as developmental disability activity manager, yellow soil path guardian, and health care neighbor. A total of 75 projects in four project types will be operated: senior public benefit activities, senior capacity utilization projects, community business groups, and employment support.
Recruitment will continue until positions are filled. Applicants can visit 11 implementing organizations including the Korea Senior Citizens Association Gwanak-gu Branch with application documents posted on the Gwanak-gu Office website.
◆ Participation Targets Differentiated by Project…Some Exclusions Apply
Recruitment targets by project are as follows. Senior public benefit activity projects are open to basic pension recipients and occupational pension recipients (including spouses) aged 65 and older. Senior capacity utilization projects are for those 65 and older (some projects 60 and older), and community business groups and employment support are for seniors 60 and older. However, among basic livelihood recipients, livelihood benefit recipients, government ministry and local government job participants, national health insurance workplace subscribers, and long-term care insurance grade recipients are excluded.
District Mayor Park Jun-hee stated, "Senior job projects are one of the best welfare programs that go beyond income preservation to support rewarding and vibrant retirement for seniors," adding, "We will continue to do our best to discover various quality jobs utilizing seniors' experience and capabilities."
