◆ 추진 경과 공유 및 차년도 계획 수립

인천광역시교육청(교육감 도성훈)은 17일 샤펠드미앙에서 '2025 인천 사회정서학습(SEL) 성과공유회'를 개최했다. 이날 행사는 지난 1년간 사회정서학습 운영 성과를 공유하고 2026년 추진 방향을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다. 교원 현장지원단 시범학교 관리자 담당자 교육지원청 업무담당자 등 150명이 참석했다.

행사 전 사회정서학습 교수·학습 자료 전시·배부, 교사연구회 '공감테크' 개발 웹앱 시연, 실천연구회 수업자료 전시 부스를 운영했다.

1부에서 인천시교육청은 2025년 사회정서학습 추진 경과와 2026년 추진 계획을 안내했다. 초·중·고 학교급별 시범학교 운영 사례도 공유했다.

◆ 초중고 학교급별 시범사례 발표

인천은봉초등학교·신흥중학교·인천초은고등학교는 학교 교육과정 연계 인성교육 모델 적용 학생 주도 시범학년 운영 사례를 소개했다.

2부에서는 음악과 인공지능(AI)을 활용한 사회정서학습 수업 사례 발표와 학교급별 분과협의회가 진행됐다.

◆ 내년도 계획에 협의회 의견 반영

인천시교육청 관계자는 "협의회에서 제시된 의견을 내년도 사회정서학습 추진 계획에 반영할 예정"이라고 말했다. 또 "학교 현장을 중심으로 사회정서학습이 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 지원을 이어가겠다"고 덧붙였다.

◆ Implementation Progress Shared and Next Year's Plan Established

The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education (Education Director Do Seong-hun) held the '2025 Incheon Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Performance Sharing Conference' at Chapel de Mian on the 17th. The event was organized to share the results of social emotional learning operations over the past year and discuss the 2026 implementation direction. 150 people attended, including teachers, on-site support teams, pilot school administrators and staff, and education support office personnel.

Prior to the event, the office operated booths featuring social emotional learning teaching and learning materials, demonstrations of the 'Empathy Tech' web app developed by teacher research groups, and practical research group class materials.

In Part 1, the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education presented the 2025 social emotional learning implementation progress and 2026 implementation plans. Pilot school operation cases were also shared by elementary, middle, and high school levels.

◆ Elementary, Middle, and High School Pilot Cases Presented

Incheon Eunbong Elementary School, Shinheung Middle School, and Incheon Chosoeun High School introduced cases of curriculum-linked school operations, personality education model applications, and student-led pilot year operations.

In Part 2, social emotional learning class cases utilizing music and artificial intelligence (AI) were presented, followed by division meetings organized by school level.

◆ Next Year's Plan to Reflect Committee Opinions

An official from the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education stated, "Opinions presented at the committee meeting will be reflected in next year's social emotional learning implementation plan." The official added, "We will continue to support stable operation of social emotional learning centered on school sites."
