◆ 저소득 노동자 의료 지원 확대

수원시 노사민정협의회가 17일 경기종합노동복지회관에서 2025년 성과보고회를 열었다. 이재준 수원시장을 비롯해 노사민정협의회 위원, 버스·택시·제조업 등 58개 노조 관계자가 참석했다. 올해 협의회는 관내 병원과 협약해 저소득노동자 건강검진 지원사업을 운영했다. 요양보호사 등 감정노동자를 대상으로 직무스트레스 힐링프로그램을 진행해 노동 취약층의 건강권 보호에 집중했다.

◆ 지속가능 일자리 창출 전략 추진

협의회는 지속가능 일자리 창출 전략 연구용역을 수행했다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 수원시 관련 부서에 지역 일자리 정책 자료를 제공하고 정책을 제언했다. 수원시 노동자종합복지관(수원HRD센터)을 활용한 고용안정·직무향상 교육을 운영하고, 주 4.5일제를 주제로 건강한 노동환경 조성 토론회를 개최했다.

◆ 노동 존중 문화 확산·협력 강화

협의회는 노동 존중 문화 확산을 위한 노동자·시민 참여 문화행사를 개최했다. 이날 행사에서 노사민정 협력·노사상생 발전 유공자 9명이 수원시장 표창과 수원시의회의장 표창을 받았다. 이재준 수원시장은 "기업하기 좋은 도시와 일하기 좋은 도시가 크게 다르지 않다"며 "현장의 목소리가 살아있는 정책을 실현하기 위해 노사민정협의회가 최선을 다해달라"고 말했다.

◆ Expanding Medical Support for Low-Income Workers

The Suwon Labor-Management-Government Cooperation Council held its 2025 Performance Report Meeting on the 17th at Gyeonggi Comprehensive Labor and Welfare Center. Mayor Lee Jae-jun of Suwon, members of the council, and representatives from 58 labor unions in transportation, taxi, and manufacturing sectors attended. The council operated a low-income worker health screening support program in partnership with hospitals in the area. The council conducted job stress healing programs for emotional laborers such as long-term care workers, focusing on protecting health rights for vulnerable workers.

◆ Pursuing Sustainable Job Creation Strategy

The council conducted research and service projects on sustainable job creation strategies. Based on the research findings, it provided local job policy data to relevant departments of Suwon City and recommended policies. The council operated employment stability and job skill improvement education using the Suwon Workers' Comprehensive Welfare Center (Suwon HRD Center) and held a discussion forum on creating a healthy work environment with the 4.5-day work week as its theme.

◆ Expanding Labor-Respecting Culture and Strengthening Cooperation

The council hosted cultural events with participation of workers and citizens to spread a labor-respecting culture. At the event, nine commendees for labor-management-government cooperation and labor-management coexistence development received commendations from the mayor of Suwon and the president of the Suwon City Council. Mayor Lee Jae-jun said, "A good city for business and a good city to work are not much different," and urged, "The Labor-Management-Government Cooperation Council should do its best to realize policies where the voices from the field come alive."
