◆ 17일 카카오 판교아지트 폭발물 협박 신고 접수

성남 카카오 판교아지트 건물에 또다시 폭발물 설치 협박 신고가 접수됐다. 17일 분당경찰서에 따르면 이날 오후 7시 4분께 폭발물이 설치됐다는 글이 CS센터(고객센터) 사이트에 올라왔다는 카카오 사측의 신고가 접수됐다. 경찰은 이날 오후 10시까지 2시간 30분간 인력 40여 명을 투입해 카카오 판교아지트 건물을 층마다 일일이 수색했다. 수색 결과 폭발물 등 특이점은 확인되지 않았다. 의심 신고 접수 직후 카카오 측은 직원 안전을 위해 근무 중인 직원을 대상으로 퇴근을 공지했다.

앞서 지난 15일 자신을 모 고교 자퇴생이라고 밝힌 A씨는 오전 7시 10분과 12분 두 차례에 걸쳐 CS센터 게시판을 통해 협박글을 올렸다. A씨는 카카오 판교아지트 건물에 사제 폭발물을 설치했다는 내용과 함께 회사 고위 관계자를 특정하며 사제 총기로 살해하겠다고 협박했다. A씨는 100억원을 계좌로 송금할 것을 요구하기도 했다. 당시 경찰은 경찰특공대를 투입해 폭발물 설치 여부를 확인했으나 폭발물 등 위험성은 확인되지 않았다. 분당소방서, 15비행단, 군 폭발물처리반(EOD) 등 유관기관도 현장에 인력을 투입했다.

◆ 한 달 새 4차례 협박…명의 도용 가능성 수사

경찰이 A씨에 대해 확인한 결과 그의 명의로 이미 지난달 9일과 이달 9일에도 비슷한 내용의 신고가 접수돼 대구 남부경찰서에서 조사받은 것으로 파악됐다. 17일 폭발물 설치 협박글을 게시한 작성자 명의는 이틀 전 올라온 글 작성자와는 다른 것으로 파악됐다. 경찰 관계자는 "이틀 전 게시글 명의자인 A씨도 누군가 명의를 도용한 것 같다고 주장하고 있다"며 "오늘 글 역시 작성자가 따로 있을 가능성도 염두에 두고 글쓴이를 추적 중"이라고 말했다.

The name of the poster who posted the bomb threat on the 17th was found to be different from the writer of the post two days earlier. A police official said, "Mr. A, the person named in the post two days ago, is also claiming that someone seems to have stolen his identity," and "We are tracking the writer with the possibility in mind that today's post may also have a different author."
