인천광역시는 지난15일 시정 운영의 전문성을 높이기 위해 특보단장 3명을 새로 위촉했다. 유정복 시장이 임명한 신규 특보단장은 이행숙 전 정무부시장, 황효진 전 정무부시장, 백석두 전 인천시의원이다.
이행숙 특보단장은 문화복지정무부시장 경력을 바탕으로 문화복지 분야 정책 자문과 현장 소통 강화를 담당한다. 황효진 특보단장은 인천시공사 사장과 글로벌도시정무부시장을 거쳐 공공기관 운영, 조직관리, 중앙정부 협력 분야에서 전문 역할을 수행한다. 백석두 특보단장은 시의원 경력으로 지역 현안에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 시민 소통과 현장 중심 정책 자문을 진행한다.
유정복 시장은 "풍부한 정치와 행정 경험을 갖춘 인사들의 합류로 시정 운영의 안정성과 전문성이 높아질 것으로 기대한다"고 밝혔다.

Mayor You Jung-bok appointed former Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs Lee Haeng-suk, former Deputy Mayor for Political Affairs Hwang Hyo-jin, and former City Council Member Baek Seok-du as special advisors.
Special Advisor Lee Haeng-suk, drawing on experience as Deputy Mayor for Culture and Welfare Affairs, will focus on policy advisory in the culture and welfare sector and strengthen on-site communication. Special Advisor Hwang Hyo-jin, who previously served as president of Incheon City Corporation and Deputy Mayor for Global City Affairs, will provide expertise in public institution operations, organizational management, and cooperation with the central government. Special Advisor Baek Seok-du, leveraging experience as a city council member and understanding of regional issues, will conduct civic engagement and field-based policy advisory.
Mayor You Jung-bok stated, "The joining of experienced political and administrative figures will strengthen the stability and expertise of city administration."
