◆ 행사 개최 현황

인천광역시교육청 AI융합교육원(원장 심현보)은 22일 학생·교사·학부모 600명이 참여한 가운데 '읽걷쓰 기반 상상 AI STEAM캠퍼스: AI융합교육페스타'를 마무리했다. 개막식과 특별강연에서는 인간·자연·인공지능 공존 가치, 미래교육 전망, 천체사진작가 특강, STEAM 사이언스 매직쇼 등이 진행됐다.

◆ 체험 프로그램 운영 현황

행사는 학생·교사·학부모가 인공지능과 STEAM 융합교육을 직접 체험하며 인천 미래교육 방향을 공유하는 자리였다. 체험 부스는 인공지능 로봇, 인공지능 비전 프로그램, 반도체 세계 탐구 등 19개 프로그램을 운영했으며, 학생들이 직접 만들고 조작하는 참여형 활동으로 진행됐다. 주말과학체험마당 부스에서는 솜사탕 만들기, 스마트화분 제작 등 가족 참여 프로그램도 운영됐다.

◆ 교원 연수와 전시 프로그램

교원을 위한 학생과학경진대회·디지털교육연구대회 특강, iPad 기반 프로젝트 수업 설계, 바이브코딩 연수가 진행됐다. 태양 관측 활동도 가족 단위로 운영됐다. 전시마당에서는 전국학생과학경진대회 및 전국과학동아리창의력페스티벌 출품작을 전시했으며, K-로봇댄스 공연을 통해 학생들의 창의적 탐구 성과를 공유했다.

인천광역시교육청 AI융합교육원 관계자는 "읽걷쓰 기반 AI·융합교육이 미래역량 핵심"이라고 말했으며, "교육공동체가 함께 성장하는 융합교육 생태계 구축에 힘쓰겠다"고 덧붙였다.

◆ Event Overview

The Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education AI Convergence Education Institute (Director Shim Hyun-bo) concluded the "Reading, Walking, Writing-Based Imagination AI STEAM Campus: AI Convergence Education Festa" on the 22nd with the participation of approximately 600 students, teachers, and parents. The opening ceremony and special lectures featured discussions on coexistence between humans, nature, and artificial intelligence, future education prospects, a special lecture by an astrophotographer, and a STEAM science magic show.

◆ Experience Program Operations

The event served as a venue for students, teachers, and parents to directly experience artificial intelligence and STEAM convergence education while sharing the direction of Incheon's future education. Experience booths operated 19 programs including artificial intelligence robots, artificial intelligence vision programs, and semiconductor world exploration. Activities proceeded in a participatory format where students directly created and manipulated materials. Weekend science experience booths also featured family participation programs including cotton candy making and smart planter creation.

◆ Teacher Training and Exhibition Programs

Special lectures on student science competitions and digital education research competitions, iPad-based project class design, and wave coding training sessions were conducted for educators. Solar observation activities also operated on a family unit basis. The exhibition area displayed submissions from the National Student Science Competition and the National Science Club Creative Festival, and shared students' creative research achievements through a K-robot dance performance.

An official from the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education AI Convergence Education Institute stated that "AI and convergence education based on reading, walking, and writing are core to future competencies," adding that they would "work to build a convergence education ecosystem where the entire educational community grows together."
