◆ 민원 폭증 현황과 원인

◆ 자가진단 시스템 도입 제안

정 의원은 아파트 관리 앱처럼 수급자가 본인의 소득 변동과 가구 상황을 입력하여 예상 급여를 미리 확인할 수 있는 시스템 도입을 제안했다. 이를 통해 예상치 못한 급여 변동으로 인한 민원을 크게 줄일 수 있다고 주장했다. 장기적으로 수급자가 직접 기준 변동 가능성을 예측하는 자기 진단형 플랫폼 개발을 검토해달라고 요청했다. 아울러 저소득층 자활사업 현장에서 근무자가 안전하고 쾌적한 환경에서 일할 수 있도록 담당 부서의 세심한 계획과 진행을 요구했다.
