개혁신당이 11일 정부의 10·15 부동산 대책 무효확인 및 취소 행정소송을 제기했다.

천하람 개혁신당 원내대표는 이날 오전 서울행정법원에 10·15 부동산 대책 무효확인·취소소송 소장과 효력정지신청서를 접수했다.

◆ "9월 통계 숨기고 불법 대책 남발"

천하람 원내대표는 "9월 통계가 존재함에도 불구하고 그 통계를 숨기고, 정치적 의도를 가지고 불법적으로 10·15 부동산 대책을 남발한 이재명 정부의 폭주를 제어하기 위해 행정소송과 효력 정지 심판 가처분 신청을 제출했다"고 밝혔다.

천하람 원내대표는 "정부는 '9월 통계가 없었기에 8월 통계를 쓸 수밖에 없었다'고 거짓말했다"고 주장했다. 천하람 원내대표는 "통계를 조작·왜곡하지 않고 적법하게 반영했다면 서울 도봉·강북·금천·중랑구, 경기 의왕, 성남 중원, 수원 장안·팔달구 등은 이번 부동산 대책에 포함되지 않았을 것"이라고 말했다.

천하람 원내대표는 "정부는 무리해서라도 서울 전역과 경기 12개 지역을 한번에 다 잡아야겠다는 정치적 의도를 가지고서 버젓이 존재하는 통계를 숨기고 거짓말한 것"이라고 비판했다.

◆ "국토부 장관 물러나야"

천하람 원내대표는 "이러한 이재명 정부의 위법한 행위에 맞서기 위해 오늘 행정소송을 제기하는 것"이라고 밝혔다.

천하람 원내대표는 "국토부 장관이 소송에서 진다면, 본인이 의도적으로 위법한 행위를 한 것인 만큼 당연히 물러나야 한다"고 말했다. 천하람 원내대표는 "의도적으로 통계를 숨기고 위법하게 국민들의 권리를 침해했다. 장관으로서 자격이 없다"고 강조했다.

◆ 최재형 전 감사원장 대리인단 합류

개혁신당 '10·15 부동산 대책 행정소송 대리인단'에 최재형 전 감사원장과 강명훈 변호사도 합류했다.

개혁신당은 "감사원 출신 인사와 실무형 법조인들이 뜻을 모은 것은 행정의 신뢰를 되살리고 법치의 기준을 바로 세우려는 흐름"이라고 밝혔다. 개혁신당은 "이번 행정소송은 억울함을 호소하는 국민의 권리를 되찾는 과정이다. 말이 아닌 행동으로 정의를 실현하겠다"고 강조했다.

Floor leader Cheon Ha-ram stated, "We are filing this administrative lawsuit today to counter these illegal acts by the Lee Jae-myung government."

Floor leader Cheon Ha-ram said, "If the Minister of Land loses the lawsuit, he should naturally step down as he intentionally committed illegal acts." Floor leader Cheon Ha-ram emphasized, "He intentionally hid statistics and illegally violated citizens' rights. He is not qualified as a minister."

◆ Former Board of Audit and Inspection Chairman Choi Jae-hyung Joins Legal Team

Former Board of Audit and Inspection Chairman Choi Jae-hyung and lawyer Kang Myung-hoon also joined the Reform Party's 'October 15 Real Estate Measures Administrative Lawsuit Legal Team.'

The Reform Party stated, "The joining of former Board of Audit and Inspection personnel and practical legal experts represents a trend to revive trust in administration and properly establish standards of rule of law."
