◆ 30개 후보지 주민 설명회 개최

수원특례시는 6일 수원시기업지원센터 대회의실에서 재개발·재건축 정비사업 후보지로 선정된 30개 구역 주민을 대상으로 설명회를 열고, 사업 절차 등을 안내했다.

500명이 넘는 주민들이 설명회가 열린 대회의실을 가득 메우며 뜨거운 관심을 보였다.

수원시는 지난해 9월 25일부터 올해 4월 30일까지 주택재개발·재건축 후보지를 공모했다. 수원시는 법적 구역 지정 요건 적정성, 제외 대상 여부, 동의율 등을 심사해 지난 10월 17일 30개 구역을 후보지로 선정했다. 재개발 후보지 20개소, 재건축 후보지 10개소다. 3개소는 입안 제안형 구역으로 조건부 선정했다.

◆ 사업 절차 및 방식 상세 안내

설명회에서는 후보지 공모 추진 경위를 안내하고, 정비구역 지정 후 사업 추진 절차, 도시정비법 개정 사항, 일반 정비사업과 신탁사 특례 방식 차이점, 권리산정 기준일과 건축허가, 단계별 주민 동의 요건, 투기 방지 대책, 역세권 복합개발 활성화 사업, 소규모주택정비사업 등을 구체적으로 설명했다.

수원시 관계자는 "재개발·재건축 정비사업은 주민의 자발적인 동의와 참여가 핵심"이라고 밝혔다.

◆ 정비구역 지정기간 단축

수원시는 5~10년 걸리던 신규 정비구역 지정기간을 2년으로 단축하기 위해 주민이 재개발·재건축 정비사업을 주도하는 정비구역 주민 제안 방식을 도입했다.

기존 10년 주기로 정비예정구역을 지정하던 방식에서 2년마다 시민 누구나 정비구역 지정을 제안할 수 있다.

◆ Shortened Maintenance District Designation Period

Suwon City introduced a maintenance district resident proposal method in which residents lead redevelopment and reconstruction maintenance projects to shorten the new maintenance district designation period from 5-10 years to 2 years.

From the previous method of designating maintenance planned districts every 10 years, any citizen can now propose maintenance district designation every 2 years.
