◆ 제271회 임시회 개회
경기도 군포시의회는 19일까지 운영될 임시회에서 시 집행부가 내년에 중점적으로 추진할 각종 업무에 대한 보고를 받는다. 시의회는 주요업무보고 청취가 오는 12월 시행될 2026년도 본예산안 심의에 앞서 진행되는 만큼 앞으로 펼쳐질 다양한 시정 활동의 시기와 재정 투입 계획이 적합한지 판단하는 데 매우 중요한 의사일정이라고 설명했다. 이번 임시회에서는 의원 발의 자치법규 16건을 포함해 총 41건의 조례 및 기타안건이 3개 상임위원회(의회운영, 행정복지, 산업건설)에서 심의·의결된다.
◆ 의원별 조례안 발의 현황
안건은 이우천 의원 1건(군포시 향토유산 보호 및 관리에 관한 조례안), 이훈미 의원 2건(군포시 공중화장실 등의 불법촬영 예방 조례 전부개정안), 이동한 의원 3건(군포시 건설공사 부실방지 조례 일부개정안 등)이다. 신경원 의원 4건(군포시 지역주민 우선 채용기업 지원 조례안 등), 박상현 의원 2건(군포시 소아청소년과 야간·휴일 일차의료기관 지정 및 지원에 관한 조례안 등), 이혜승 의원 4건(군포시 불법 대부업 광고 차단 및 예방 조례안 등)이다.
◆ 의장 "시민의 더 나은 내일 토대 마련"
김귀근 의장은 "주요업무보고 청취는 짧게는 1년 길게는 향후 5년 이상 이어질 사업의 당위성과 효율성을 판단하는 의정활동"이라며 "군포시민의 더 나은 내일의 토대를 다지는 마음으로 회기에 임할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

◆ 271st Extraordinary Session Opens
Gunpo City Council in Gyeonggi-do Province will receive reports on various tasks that the city executive branch plans to focus on next year during the extraordinary session to be operated until the 19th. The city council explained that the major work report hearings are a very important agenda item for judging whether the timing and financial investment plans for various municipal administration activities to unfold in the future are appropriate, as they are conducted ahead of the review of the 2026 main budget to be implemented in December. In this extraordinary session, a total of 41 ordinances and other agenda items, including 16 council member-initiated autonomous regulations, will be reviewed and decided in 3 standing committees (Council Operations, Administrative Welfare, Industrial Construction).
◆ Status of Ordinance Bills by Council Member
The agenda items include 1 by Council Member Lee Woo-cheon (Ordinance on Protection and Management of Gunpo City Local Heritage), 2 by Council Member Lee Hoon-mi (Full Revision of Ordinance on Prevention of Illegal Filming in Gunpo City Public Toilets, etc.), and 3 by Council Member Lee Dong-han (Partial Revision of Ordinance on Prevention of Poor Construction Work in Gunpo City, etc.). There are 4 by Council Member Shin Kyung-won (Ordinance on Support for Companies with Priority Employment of Local Residents in Gunpo City, etc.), 2 by Council Member Park Sang-hyun (Ordinance on Designation and Support of Pediatrics Night and Holiday Primary Care Medical Institutions in Gunpo City, etc.), and 4 by Council Member Lee Hye-seung (Ordinance on Blocking and Prevention of Illegal Loan Advertising in Gunpo City, etc.).

Council Speaker Kim Gwi-geun stated, "Major work report hearings are legislative activities that judge the justification and efficiency of projects that will continue for as short as 1 year or as long as 5 years or more in the future," adding, "We will approach the session with the mindset of laying the foundation for a better tomorrow for Gunpo citizens."
