◆ 공인중개사 연수교육 3회 실시
인천광역시(시장 유정복)는 공인중개사의 전문성 강화와 시민들의 안전한 부동산 거래 환경 조성을 위해 11월 7일, 13일, 28일 3회에 걸쳐 '공인중개사 연수교육'을 실시한다고 밝혔다. 공인중개사 연수교육은 2년마다 의무적으로 이수해야 하는 법정의무교육이다. 2023년도 교육이수자는 한국공인중개사협회 사이버교육원(https://www.karedu.or.kr)에서 사이버교육 6시간 이수 후 11월 집합교육 6시간까지 이수해야 한다. 미이수 시 100만 원 이하의 과태료가 부과될 수 있다.
◆ 전세 사기 예방책 중점 교육
이번 집합교육은 한국공인중개사협회 인천시회 교육장(인천광역시 남동구 정각로 10, 4층)에서 진행된다. 교육은 부동산 거래 사고 예방 및 중개업 관련 법령과 더불어 최근 증가하는 전세 사기 피해 예방책 등을 중점적으로 다룰 예정이다. 인천시는 교육 미이수로 인한 불이익을 최소화하기 위해 미이수 대상자에게 문자 안내를 발송하는 등 교육 이수를 적극적으로 독려하고 있다.
◆ 신뢰받는 중개 활동 당부
이철 인천시 도시계획국장은 "인천시민의 안전한 부동산 거래환경 조성을 위해 공인중개사분들이 책임감을 갖고 신뢰받는 중개 활동을 해주시기 바란다"며 "올해 마지막 교육인 만큼 적극적인 교육 이수를 당부드린다"고 밝혔다.

◆ 3 Sessions of Licensed Real Estate Agent Training
Incheon Metropolitan City (Mayor Yoo Jeong-bok) announced that it will conduct 'Licensed Real Estate Agent Training' three times on November 7, 13, and 28 to strengthen the expertise of licensed real estate agents and create a safe real estate transaction environment for citizens. Licensed real estate agent training is a mandatory legal education that must be completed every two years. Those who completed training in 2023 must complete 6 hours of cyber education at the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agents Association Cyber Education Center (https://www.karedu.or.kr) followed by 6 hours of group education in November. Fines under 1 million won may be imposed for non-completion.
◆ Focus on Jeonse Fraud Prevention
This group training will be conducted at the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agents Association Incheon City Chapter Education Center (4th floor, 10 Jeonggak-ro, Namdong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City). The training will focus on prevention of real estate transaction accidents, laws related to brokerage business, and recently increasing jeonse fraud prevention measures. Incheon City is actively encouraging training completion by sending text notifications to those who have not completed the training to minimize disadvantages from non-completion.
◆ Request for Trustworthy Brokerage Activities
Lee Cheol, Director of Incheon City's Urban Planning Bureau, stated, "I hope licensed real estate agents will conduct trustworthy brokerage activities with a sense of responsibility to create a safe real estate transaction environment for Incheon citizens," adding, "As this is the last training of the year, I urge active participation in completing the training."
