군포시 오금동주민자치회가 1일 지역주민 300여 명이 참여한 가운데 '수리산 자락 걷기' 행사를 개최했다. 오금동주민자치회 회장은 김용철 씨다.
◆ 2023년부터 4년째 이어온 주민 화합 행사
이번 행사는 2023년부터 시작되어 올해로 네 번째를 맞이했다. 주민들이 함께 걸으며 소통하고 자연 속에서 건강과 힐링을 얻는 시간을 가졌다. 세대 간 교류와 이웃 간 유대감 형성에 큰 역할을 하는 오금동의 대표적인 공동체 행사로 자리매김하고 있다. 산행 출발에 앞서 군포시체육회 김영규 지도자가 참가자들과 함께 준비운동을 진행했다. 안전한 산행을 위한 몸풀기 시간을 가졌으며, 등산로 구간마다 안전요원을 배치하여 참가자들이 안심하고 걸을 수 있도록 세심히 운영했다.
◆ 등산로 걷기와 환경 보호 활동 병행
참가자들은 오금동행정복지센터를 출발하여 수리산 감투봉 반환점을 돌아오는 코스로 등산로를 걸었다. 쓰레기 줍기 활동을 함께하며 깊어가는 가을 정취 속에서 건강과 환경을 함께 챙겼다. 행사에 참여한 한 주민은 "가족과 함께 수리산을 걸으며 단풍도 보고, 쓰레기도 주우며 아이들에게 좋은 교육이 된 것 같다"며 "걷기 운동도 하고 환경도 지키는 뜻깊은 시간이었다"고 말했다.
◆ 건강한 공동체 문화 조성 지속
김용철 오금동주민자치회장은 "올해로 네 번째를 맞이한 수리산 자락 걷기는 오금동을 대표하는 주민 화합 행사로 자리 잡았다"며 "앞으로도 자연과 함께하는 건강한 공동체 문화를 만들어가겠다"고 밝혔다.

The event has established itself as a representative community event in Ogeum-dong, playing a significant role in intergenerational exchange and neighborhood bonding. Before the hike began, Kim Young-gyu, an instructor from Gunpo City Sports Association, conducted warm-up exercises with participants. Time was set aside for body preparation for safe hiking, and safety personnel were stationed at each section of the trail to ensure participants could walk with peace of mind.
◆ Trail Walking Combined with Environmental Protection Activities
Participants walked the trail starting from Ogeum-dong Administrative Welfare Center and returning from the turnaround point at Surisan Gamtubong Peak. They combined waste collection activities while taking care of both health and environment in the deepening autumn atmosphere. One participating resident said, "Walking Surisan with my family, seeing autumn leaves, and picking up trash seemed like good education for the children," adding, "It was a meaningful time exercising through walking and protecting the environment."
◆ Continued Creation of Healthy Community Culture
Kim Yong-cheol, chairman of Ogeum-dong Residents' Autonomy Association, stated, "The Surisan Mountain Trail Walk, now in its fourth year, has established itself as a representative community unity event in Ogeum-dong," adding, "We will continue to create a healthy community culture together with nature."
