인천 서구, 전국 최초 '드론 영상 경진대회' 최우수상
13개 팀 출전…강화 동검도 촬영 영상으로 높은 평가
인천 서구가 전국 최초로 인천광역시가 주최한 '드론 영상 경진대회'에서 최우수상을 수상했다고 31일 밝혔다. 구청장 강범석이 발표했다.
◆ 13개 팀 경합, 공간정보 주제로 수상
'드론 영상 경진대회'는 공무원 및 유관기관 13팀(38명)이 출전했다. 제한시간 내에 강화군 길상면 동검도 일원을 드론으로 촬영한 후 영상을 제작해 평가했다.
서구는 공간정보를 주제로 자연경관을 담은 영상을 제작했다. 영상미, 창의성, 완성도 및 주제 적합성에서 높은 점수를 받았다.
◆ 드론 측량 대회 이어 연속 수상
서구는 최근 인천광역시 드론 측량 경진대회에서도 최우수상을 수상했다. 이번 전국 최초로 열린 '드론 영상 경진대회'에서도 최우수상을 받아 인천 최고의 드론 활용을 선도하는 기관임을 입증했다.
최우수팀으로 선정된 서구팀 출품 영상은 인천광역시 누리집과 '인천광역시 서구 지적재조사사업' 유튜브 채널에 게재된다.
◆ 지적재조사 측량 기술력 확보
강범석 구청장은 "드론을 활용한 지적재조사 측량 기술력 확보에서 나아가 정확하고 완성도 있는 영상 제작 능력까지 겸비하도록 해, 구민의 재산권 보호와 정확한 정보 제공을 위해 앞으로도 지속적으로 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Incheon Seo-gu announced on the 31st that it won the grand prize at the nation's first 'Drone Video Competition' hosted by Incheon Metropolitan City. District Mayor Kang Beom-seok made the announcement.
◆ 13 Teams Compete, Award for Spatial Information Theme
The 'Drone Video Competition' featured 13 teams (38 people) from public officials and related organizations. Participants filmed the Donggeomdo area in Gilsang-myeon, Ganghwa-gun with drones within a time limit, then produced and submitted videos for evaluation.
Seo-gu produced a video capturing natural scenery with the theme of spatial information. It received high scores in visual aesthetics, creativity, completeness, and theme appropriateness.
◆ Consecutive Awards Following Drone Survey Competition
Seo-gu recently won the grand prize at the Incheon Metropolitan City Drone Survey Competition. By winning the grand prize at this nation's first 'Drone Video Competition,' it proved itself as an institution leading Incheon's best drone utilization.
The video submitted by the grand prize-winning Seo-gu team will be posted on the Incheon Metropolitan City website and the 'Incheon Metropolitan City Seo-gu Cadastral Resurvey Project' YouTube channel.
◆ Securing Cadastral Resurvey Survey Technology
District Mayor Kang Beom-seok stated, "We will continue to make efforts to protect residents' property rights and provide accurate information by advancing from securing cadastral resurvey survey technology using drones to equipping ourselves with accurate and complete video production capabilities."
