◆ 의원 7명 전원·직원 참석
인천광역시 중구의회가 30일 의회 소회의장에서 2025년 부패방지 청렴교육을 실시했다. 이종호 의장을 비롯해 정동준 부의장, 손은비·한창한·윤효화·강후공·김광호 의원 등 의원 7명 전원과 의회사무과 직원들이 참석했다. 청렴연수원 등록 박연정 전문강사가 강의를 맡았다.
◆ 청탁금지법·행동강령 등 핵심 법령 교육
교육은 청탁금지법, 행동강령, 이해충돌방지법, 갑질방지 등 공직자가 반드시 알아야 할 청렴 관련 법과 제도를 중심으로 진행됐다. 실제 사례를 통한 심층 분석도 이뤄졌다. 참석자들은 청렴 실천 결의문을 통해 부정부패 근절과 청렴한 조직 문화 조성을 위해 지속적으로 노력할 것을 다짐했다.
◆ 청렴한 조직 문화 조성 다짐
이종호 의장은 "이번 청렴교육을 통해 의원과 직원 모두가 청렴의 중요성을 다시 한번 되새기고, 공직자로서의 책임감을 더욱 강화하는 계기가 됐다"고 말했다. "중구의회는 앞으로도 청렴한 조직 문화를 만들고 부정부패 근절을 위한 노력을 아끼지 않아 주민들에게 신뢰받는 의회로 거듭나도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

◆ All 7 Council Members and Staff Attend
Incheon Metropolitan City Jung-gu Council conducted 2025 anti-corruption integrity training at the council's small conference room on the 30th. Chair Lee Jong-ho, Vice Chair Jeong Dong-jun, Council Members Son Eun-bi, Han Chang-han, Yoon Hyo-hwa, Kang Hu-gong, and Kim Gwang-ho—all seven council members—and council office staff attended. Park Yeon-jeong, a professional instructor registered with the Integrity Training Institute, led the training.
◆ Key Laws Including Improper Solicitation Act and Code of Conduct Taught
The training focused on laws and systems related to integrity that public officials must know, including the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Prevention Act, and prevention of abuse of authority. In-depth analysis through actual cases was also conducted. Attendees pledged through an integrity practice resolution to continuously strive to eradicate corruption and create an organizational culture of integrity.
◆ Commitment to Creating Organizational Culture of Integrity
Chair Lee Jong-ho stated, "Through this integrity training, both council members and staff reaffirmed the importance of integrity and strengthened our sense of responsibility as public officials." He added, "Jung-gu Council will continue to spare no effort in creating an organizational culture of integrity and eradicating corruption to become a council trusted by residents."
