군포시는 ‘2025 제15회 대한민국SNS대상’ 기초지자체 부문에서 최우수상을 받았다.
지난 7월 ‘소셜아이어워드 2025’ 인스타그램 부문 최우수상 수상에 이어 올해 두 번째 주요 상을 획득하며 2관왕을 기록했다. 대한민국SNS대상은 인스타그램, 유튜브, 블로그, 페이스북, 카카오톡 등 공식 SNS 전 채널을 종합 평가하며 시민 온라인 투표 결과도 반영한다. 이번 수상은 군포시 SNS가 단발성 이벤트를 넘어 지속 가능한 소통 구조로 자리 잡았음을 보여준다.
인스타그램 릴스 ‘민원실 비상상황(악성민원) 모의훈련’은 누적 조회수 500만 회를 기록했으며, ‘공무원 갑질 근황’ 영상은 100만 회에 육박하는 호응을 얻었다. 유튜브 채널 <군포뉴스>, <군포차>, <그냥군포> 등은 정책 이해도를 높이는 실험적 기획으로 세대별 소통 폭을 확장했다. 경직된 행정 이미지를 벗고 채널별 특화 전략을 선보인 것이 SNS 성과를 이끄는 핵심 동력으로 평가된다.

The Korea SNS Awards evaluate all official SNS channels, including Instagram, YouTube, blogs, Facebook, and KakaoTalk channels, with results from citizen online votes incorporated. The award demonstrates that Gunpo City’s SNS has established a sustainable communication structure beyond one-time events.
The Instagram Reels video “Civil Service Emergency Drill (Malicious Complaints)” recorded 5 million cumulative views, while the “Current Status of Official Abuse” video approached 1 million views. YouTube channels <Gunpo News>, <Gunpo Car>, and <Just Gunpo> expanded communication across generations with experimental and in-depth content enhancing policy understanding. Specialized strategies per channel that break the rigid administrative image were key drivers of sustained SNS performance.
