◆ 3월부터 원어민 1:1 화상영어 실시

인천 서구(구청장 강범석)가 저소득층 자녀를 대상으로 원어민 1:1 화상영어 지원 사업을 3월부터 시행한다. 서구는 기존 서구영어마을 운영 종료에 따라 지원 인원을 월 420명으로 확대한다고 밝혔다.

◆ 1월 19일부터 30일까지 신청 접수

신청은 1월 19일(월)부터 30일(금)까지 주소지 동 행정복지센터에서 받는다. 본인 부담 수강료는 월 1만 원이며, 교구와 교재는 수강자가 부담한다. 대상자 선정은 1순위 국민기초생활보장 수급자, 2순위 차상위계층·학교 밖 청소년·다문화 가족·외국인 및 난민 자녀, 3순위 건강보험료 납부액 기준 전국 가구 중위소득 100% 이하 가구 순이다.

◆ 동일 순위 내 저소득·다자녀·고학년 순 선발

동일 순위 내 동일 소득 수준일 경우 저소득, 다자녀가구, 고학년 순으로 선발한다. 자세한 사항은 인천서구영어나라 홈페이지(https://www.seo.incheon.kr/open_content/isel/) 또는 교육지원과(032-560-5753) 및 거주지 동 행정복지센터에서 확인할 수 있다.

◆ 1:1 Native Speaker Online English to Begin in March

Incheon Seo-gu (District Chief Kang Beom-seok) will implement a native speaker 1:1 online English support program for low-income children starting in March. Seo-gu announced that it will expand the number of beneficiaries to 420 students per month following the closure of the existing Seo-gu English Village.

◆ Applications Accepted from January 19 to 30

Applications will be accepted from January 19 (Monday) to 30 (Friday) at local dong administrative welfare centers. The monthly tuition fee is 10,000 won, and students must cover their own teaching materials and textbooks. Selection priority is given to first-priority recipients of National Basic Livelihood Security, second-priority near-poor families, out-of-school youth, multicultural families, children of foreigners and refugees, and third-priority households with national median income of 100% or less based on health insurance premium payment.

◆ Selection by Low-Income, Multi-Child, and Higher Grade Within Same Priority

Within the same priority level and income level, selection is made in order of low-income, multi-child households, and higher grades.
